I thought the problems had been solved, but hey ho they are back again. Got same old message 4 times over the past 2 days, it wont allow me onto site for anywhere between 2mins and 10 mins at a time.

Many people including myself are continuing to be kicked out of the site when trying to post. I honestly dont know how much longer people are gonna put up with this for, we write a long post only to keep loosing them.

I have noticed that not many people seem to post on the forums now, me included I kept getting error message and loosing post time and time again and I know that I am not alone. I think that it is a real shame cos we used to all be so close on here but now its just not the same anymore. Frowner

Moderators, could you please let us know if anything is ever gonna happen to improve the site, by this i mean that the problems experienced before (which we kept posting about as requested) have not improved in the past 6 to 8 weeks, we are still being kicked out of the site regularly or not being able to post at all, or come to that not even being able to get into the site due to down time (same messages as previously brought to your attention), It has just taken me nearly 15 mins to be able to post this message to you. The weightloss forum used to be so busy, but people have just given up with it and gone elsewhere now.

Your comments regarding these problems would be appreciated as no one has bothered to reply to our numerous messages on these points. Many thanks.

Good News!

As you all know we've been trying to sort out this problem for what seems an eternity, and think we just might have cracked it!

The entire forum infrastructure has been completely updated (both H&H and DC); it has been comprehensively tested internally and we now request ALL users to keep their eyes open and let us know if you experience any problems whatsoever.

If there are any 'wrinkles' we'll be sure to iron them out immediately and permanently.

We would like to apologise to everyone for all the inconvenience and frustration that this 'crashing' had caused - we trust it's now behind us for good!
