Hi

Sorry for moaning about this but it is really starting to get annoying. The site has been crashing/error pages coming up for a few weeks now. It mainly happens when you try to submit a message on the forums.

I tend to make one large post at the start of each day and when the site crashes it is really annoying.

The error message is:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@community.homeandhealthtv.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hope you can help.

Thanks

Kate

Yep, its happening to me too, which is really annoying when you have a limited amount of time you can get on line anyway.

Really hope you can get it sorted (Oldmummy is getting angry, you wont like her when she's angry Wink.....shame there's not a green smiley!)

Hey, while we're on the subject, can we get more smileys please Big Grin we really need the one that says 'I'm so hungry I think I'm going to eat my own arm' !

Hi there, our technical team has been looking into this issue. The problem appears to be with the server that hosts these forums. This is a 3rd party server so we have reported the error to the third party company and now have to wait for them to fix it.

I know it is very frustrating and I assure you we are taking this very seriously so please bear with us. I will keep you updated as to progress.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi Guys,

I'm afraid it's driving me bonkers too!! I have just returned having not posted for ages and I've lost 3 posts in 2 days due to constant crashing and keep finding that I get a 'server error' when I try to go into the 'Parenting' thread and it's getting on my wick!!!!!!

Thought I might as well pop on here and have a grumble just so that you techie bods are aware of what's happening and can hopefully use some of your magic to fix it Big Grin!

Cheers
