Hi friends Can anyone suggest healthy veggie food for ovulating. This is for one of my cousins who is under ttc and didnot get periods for the last 5 months. She is having irregular periods problems since 2 years and tried various medicines but of no use. Please extend your helping hand to her by suggesting healthy food for ovulating and also for getting quality egg for conception.
