Hi guys, sorry to gatecrash your board but I need the benefit of your male wisdom. What can I buy for my hubby who has everything he needs and is difficult to please? I need some original ideas, can spend up to about 200 and have got until August to come up with something wonderful that may spark up some of his long lost enthusiasm. Cheers![Big Grin][Big Grin]

Hi
Have you thought of a red letter day, you can get rally driving, hot air balooning, motorcross ect. Know my husband would love one of them, they are very "man" things as well.

Thanks JJ, was thinking along similar lines, will do a search and see what I can find. Can anyone recommend any experience in particular?[?][Red Face)]

I have used the rally drive, not from red letter days, but at Rockingham, can't remember the web site exactly, but I am sure yu could search for it. It was an excellent day. Also how about a vine - you can buy a vine and get a bottle of wine with hubby;s name on.Somene bought my husband shares in his favourtie football club. I think you have to aim at something that reflects an interest or hobby. It can also be a good idea to rope in a friend (who obviously pays for themselvs), so they can enjoy/share the experience on the day. Best of luck, let us know what you choose.[Smiler]

Thanks Kaylee, some more interesting ideas[Smiler] I'd struggle to find a mate to join him though, being a soldier he apparently doesn't have friends, just lots of acquaintences. Sad eh.
He is into kites and has three or four fancy ones, so I thought about one of these beach buggy kite thingies (can't remember their name!) You can get lessons on our local beach. Thought I'd hang on and see what wonderful ideas you guys come up with first, although have to say its the girls who are coming up trumps so far...[8D]
