It is excellent isn't James.

I notched up a 15lb loss for my 1st week - I am bigger than you though.

Like you I am finding it much easier than I thought I would.

I know I have been a bit grumpy at times, but that's to be expected I guess.

Oh well, must get back to my delicious tap water.

Regards

Brad

To be honest, I haven't got a target as such, but have been thinking about it for the last couple of days.

I started just shy of 24 stones and am six feet tall. I can not remember being below 19 stones since I was a teenager - over twenty years ago!

I would be chuffed to get to fifteen stone, but guess when I get there I would probably want to go further.

I'm very focussed and detirmined and I know it sounds mad, enjoying this - perhaps it is because for the first time in my life I have decided to do something other than accept my lot as a fat bloke.

Good Luck

Brad

good on you set yourself doable targets

ie maybe get to 19 stone first then set yourself a new one otherwise it just seems a life time away

hope you get where you want to be

Snap Jamie.
Week 3 - 6lbs off, total lost exactly the same as you, 28lb.
It's incredible isn't it?
