No, the best way to gain weight is to exercise, because it makes you hungrier, it stores more food into fat, and you gain muscle weight as well.
You can also supplement yourself with Throttle Matrix. I have been looking for a natural energy supplement like this for a long time! Now MYCHEM 2012 is also available. You can find more information at their site myochem.com.

Sorry to just butt in on here, I do agree with Dawson, exercise is a good way but it really depends on the exercise e.g if you are doing c.v work such as running or swimming you will only burn calories although you will still tone up it is probably not the best route for you to take. There is no way to do it quickly as it could be pretty dangerous. I would suggest for you to do weights along with a high protein diet or protein shakes, start off with a 10kg weight for bicep curls, tricep and twist curls to give your arms a good work out. To get a toned chest you need to bench press atleast 10kg (I'm not sure how much a man can lift but 20kg is my limit!) if you find it too light then lift more and also pressups are really good for toning your chest, you can buy some of those press up bars to enable you to go lower to the ground. To get a really toned stomach quickly I would suggest leg lifts atleast 20 per set, sit ups atleast 50 per set, V sits 20 per each side. If you need any of these explaining let me know.

Why don't you try some resistance training and take some mass building supplements? It helped a friend of mine who felt a little undersized when compared to some our other friends.

i would recommend some of the EAS range which i know is available at this healthnuts website
