Hi, I am starting next Monday 14th Feb. If you have any tips etc, I would be most grateful. I understand the first 4 days are the worst. How did you do? Thanks

Hiya GIBSON What can I say, bloody fantastic. It's great to hear such a great weight loss and I wish you all the best when you start to maintain. I got my food packs last night and start phase 1 today 15th Feb. I have lost over 40 stones in the past 15 years (Overeaters Anonymous) but I have always failed to maintain and have put it back on and more (the same old story). This is my first attempt at Lighter Life and this time with the help and support of my counseller and the group I am extremly hopeful, and hearing about your great weight loss is an inspiration. Many Thanks M8 Steve Joyce

Frankboy, sorry to butt in on a mens thread, but just wanted to wish you luck, the other guys will tell you, it will be one of the hardest things you have ever done to begin with, but once over that first few weeks you will be flying as the results are so quick, you will not regret one single minute of it...wishing you the very best of luck Hugs Stacey x

hello boys and girls. Today is the day. I got the ok yesterday and will attend my first meeting tonight and get my food packs. Ive been really positive for the last week, but now, if im honest, maybe doubting whether I can do it. Its got to work though hasnt it??? Just imagine a new me, a new lifestyle in just 3 months. Thats got to be worth sticking to. Whats three months out of a life time. I just need something to occupy my mind. Also how do I get out of family meals and functions etc?? any tips? I dont really want to tell anyone until I know its working. Come on guys more messages on here.
