It's apparently really rare but it is possible as men have mammary glands too.

yes it is possible and the percentage of death is much higher in ment than it is in woman. I'm not sure whether it is simply that woman are made so aware of breast cancer that they are more likely to spot it early whereas men will probably ignore the symptoms. I know that the treatment is exactly the same though.

Yes it is completeley possible. When in the womb both the male and female fetaeus are virtually identical until the last few weeks, its is then that the gender differences become apparent (hence why sometimes it can be very difficult to ascertain a baby's gender immiediateley after birth, and poorley trained mid wifes can often mistake parts of the umbilical cord for a penis.

But to cut to the chase men also have the basic elements present to stimulate lactation and formation of mammary glands. This is often triggered by taking sumplements of progesterone or oestrogen (the prodominant female hormones) These mammary glands can get cancer just like in women. It is a common misconception that only women can become aflicted by breast cancer. It is not unheard of, or rare for men to get breast cancer, although to be frank id be far more concerned about getting prostate cancer, the number on biggest killer of men in the western world.
