On week 3 of LL, lost 18lbs so really pleased but am wondering about the group sessions. It is different to the womens goups as men can join any week so no structure followed like the ladys. We seem to be covering the same subjects at the moment as we would on week 3 of the ladys program but some men have been their 6 months+ and must be covering old ground all the time. It is very helpful to hear all the experiences of how they have done but am a litle concerned that we will never get to the raw problem of the food addiction. Anyone had experiences of how they approached maintenance as it seems we stay in the same class as new starters. People seem to move over to CD but I dont want to do that so soon. Any advice or experiences would be very appreciated.
