Hi all, A question about cramp I have been getting for around a couple of years on and off but getting more regular and frequent now, I get a lot of cramp - Cramp in my chest, back legs, even had it in my hands a couple of times, I dont think any of it is heart related even though I do get it around the chest.

The cramp can start off feeling like "someone shot me" in the back, the cramp then seems to grow in size around the area and sometimes it spreads right around to my chest from my back (or the reverse) At times I can feel the afterpain or a bruised feeling for a day or maybe more. On certain days I feel I can feel a certain spot which would trigger off the cramp too and I have to take it steady and watch what I do. As for cramp in the legs I have now started getting it in the upper thigh and it really bites hard.

Im not one for going to the docs, I hate to disturb them from more needy people, would something like a change in diet, or more exercise help or anyting like that ???

Steve

This don't sound like something you should be looking for advice on here mate. It sound quite worrying, although I'm sure it can be sorted out.

Frankly, I think you should go to the Doctor's, get it checked out, if for no other reason that it puts your mind at rest.

Good luck Steve
