Thanks
No you can't chew chewing gum, but you can use the listerine strips http://www.lipotrimprestwich.co.uk/I found the website above has a lot of good information about what you can expect, what you can do etc... Good luck!

Hello, Started on Lipotrim yesterday. About 4 weeks ago I weighed somewhere between 21 & 22 stone (didn't dare weigh myself). I spent a few weeks on Slimfast and gained a little confidence and a belief that I could finally lose weight - aiming for 15 stone. Got weighed on Friday and was 19st 11, which is the lowest I've been for years. Lipotrim day 1 went well, thought Vanilla was horrible, Chocolate OK and Soup delicious. My chemist has actually put me on the female one so I'm having three mels a day as he said loads of his men have dropped off the program because they couldn't last 12 hours without something. So far I've drank a ridiculous amount of water and seem to be doing a wee every 30 minutes but no difficulties so far. Here's hoping and believing.

HI All
Just finished Day 6. The Shakes are grand had one of the bars today they are like a cereal bar. not bad. It is more the desire to eat and te taste for me. I am not hungry but would like to have something to eat. Stomach has shrunk and do not want need that much to make me full. Never had a huge huge apetite tho!
Dont think I have lost that much but my meals have been very healthy and tasty will be cooking health food from now on regardless. Change of habits.

How to start back? Well i would mentally decide you are not going to be out drinking for the next month and plan on doing other activities. Go get the stuff in the Chemist and try get somone to do it with you. I am doing it with one of the lads and we are going to get competitive about it so gives you something else to focus on. A chalenge and someone to slag if they break it. does not have to be all serious. then plan something to do when you finish a goal. hope it goes well but just start, and it is really all in your head
