Christmas Greetings to all.

I have just been finalising my Christmas Dinner menu for my family and guests. I will be cooking for eight and am really looking forward to it. While there tucking into a lovley Dinner I will be eating my four diet packs and because its "add a meal week" I will have a nice lettuce and cabbage salad with turkey and vinagarette.

I have just jumped on the scales and at 14 stone 9 pounds I am heading towards the target of 14 and a half stone by Christmas Day.

I am on a well earned holiday so if any body would like to chat over the Christmas period I'll be around. Especially any one who is thinking about starting as its well worth it.

Hi Richard
Congratulations - 3 stone lost on the Cambridge Sole Source programme since 23 October 2005.
Your total focus and determination will ensure that you get down to your target weight early in 2006.Exciting.
Enjoy your Add a Meal week this Christmas, have a super Christmas and look forward to seeing you in January.
The Men's Forum seems a bit quiet at the moment - maybe think about posting on the Womens' Forum because that is much more active.Other men post on there including Icemoose.

Still weight to lose to reach a healthy BMI. Very encouraging reduction in waist measurement from 45.5inches at the start of the programme to a much healthier 37 inches. Focus and determination required to reach a new target weight of 11 stone 7 lbs.

Well done Richard. Beware of any complacency creeping in. Stick to the diet - it works.

Hi Richard and John

Congratulations guy's on your weight losses - you are both doing brilliantly - keep it up you'll both be at target before you know it[Big Grin]

I've just started with Heather this week on CD after completing 12 weeks with LL and have lost 4 stone so far - only another 4 to go and with Heather behind me I'm sure I'll be at target before I know it! Have been back 100% SS since starting on Tuesday (after waivering over a little[:I] ), glugging the water and feeling extremely postive, focused and ready to continue on the jourey to a new me!

Look forward to hearing how you both progress - keep at it!
