Hi all, have been reading through some of the posts and I thought I'd sign up and post something to motivate me and occupying my mind from thinking about food!

I'm starting CD today, in fact this afternoon. I've been trying to start for the past month( have acutually had the packs for months) but while I'm all gung ho the night before, come the next morning, my will powers out the window and i've talked myself out of it for another day. So feeling motivated this afternoon, I've decided to start NOW and not bullsh*t myself with the 'lets start tomorrow' talk, cos tomorrow never seens to comes.

So anyone else out there doing Cambridge, Ligher Life or Lipotrim (there all kinda the same)??
