Laura I did a mix of both with Lucas got some very traditional shots then some lovely black and white head shots on cavas both clothed and in just his nappy.

Karly how did you get on at the hospital. Hope it was good news.

Not got a lot to tell apart from I have decided to start an ebay shop making jewelery. I hope it works.

Hope you and your little ones are all ok?

Karly- how did Oliver get at the dermatologists? Hope they managed to sort something for him.

I had to see a specialist yesterday as since i breastfeed Joshua i have had a dry patch on my one nipple(tmi sorry) so thay have taken a biopsy and i get the results in 3 weeks its abit sore today thou.

Joshy is a little bit constipated i just wondered if any of yours had suffered with this, if so what did you give them? He eats plenty of fruit and drinks quite alot of water.

jackie sorry to hear josh is constipated, megan sometimes gets like that too, although she also eats plenty of fruit, mil told me that bananas can sometimes make them constipated. I find giving her weetabix helps sometimes i give her warm weetabix for tea also drinking plenty like you said.
Hope he gets better soon.
Karly hows the house move coming along? You are obviously up to your eyes in it as you haven't posted in a while. hope the dermatologist gave you some answers aswell.
Laura i bet you've got your hands full with tyla walking now, has she had her first pair of proper shoes yet? Did you go to clarks? When my eldest was a baby they wouldn't sell you shoes without seeing her walk up and down the shop first!
Well i'm working at 3 today so had better get some house work done i supose!
It's another nice day here so think i'll take megan for a walk and ice cream later, she seems to be turning into a little toddler already sitting forward in her buggy and waving at people and grabbing things.
Oh could anyone please recommend any professional photographers we are thinking of having some done of all the family and some just of megan we didn't want to spend a fortune but just some nice prints maybe black and white?

Jackie I used some prune juice with water for lucas when he was bad you can make it as week or as strong as you like, I started off weak and then built it up until he went, best thing is he loved it.

Mandi try pixi photo they are really good you can get as many or as little as you like there is a number to tell you where your nearest one is, it's 08702415000. hope that helps.

i did actually post on monday to tell you how we got on but it's dissapeared?? weird.

basically they took another stab in the dark and guessed it's a rare type of eczema that's usually found in adults.packed us off with another truck load of creams/lotions/potions and said if it doesn't clear up in 3 days we have to call back and they'll do a biopsy on him. i guess this is taking some kind of skin sample?? jackie what did they do for yours?
then they'll refer him to birmingham children's hospital. i dont have much faith in it magically clearing up in 3 days but who knows. if not at least he'll be referred somewhere that they know what they're doing. sorry for the whinge but i'm just getting a bit fed up of this now.

jackie are you still BF? or have you stopped now? i hope the results come back ok, did they hint at what they thought it might be?

i've heard orange juice is good for constipation, if you just dilute some with his water.

laura glad to hear tyla's doing well, bless her drunken man walking!

jayjay great idea on the ebay shop, a good way to make a bit of extra money from home, have you got a link to your shop so i can take a peek?

oops forgot to read this page i was on page 29.. yeah mandi pixi photo are great, here's the one's we had done of ollie at the bottom. cheaper when they come to boots rather than going into mothercare but they don't do boots very often so you may have to wait.

housemove is going through, infuriatingly slowly. solicitors have finally got their asses into gear and have sent a surveyer round today, it's the mortgage application that's holding us up atm.

surestart come today about the stairgates, didnt have them in the end as they're the ones that drill into the wall, didn;t think the people who are buying the house would be impressed with that! so we're going to buy some ones you dont have to drill in from argos.

Your photos of Ollie are gorgeous he looks right cheeky in them, you must be pleased with them. I hope the lotion from the specialist helps him it must be horrid having to keep on taking him back but at least it looks like they will do domething now.

With me they just took a sample with a fine needle i didn't feel anything. I only bf Joshua for a couple of weeks it just hasn't cleared since then so thats why they just wanted to check it. Thinks it might be a form of eczema but the cream hasn't cleared it up!!!

thanks for you tips on constipation will try him with some juice.

Karly glad you seem to be finally getting somewhere with the dermatologist, bet you'll be glad to get a diagnosis though eh? At least a lot of babies suffering from skin complaints seem to grow out of it.
Jackie how is josh? Hope the constipation has subsided poor little thing.
Oh by the way Karly the photos of oliver are lovely, do you have the up on the wall? You're probablly waiting till the house move though.
I had a day out with a friend in Manchester yesterday we went to the Jeremy Kyle show,(no we wern't on stage!!) just in the audience, it was really good i can't believe some of those people that go on t.v. to talk about their problems. We went for lunch afterwards in walk-about which was nice, it re-charged my batteries just spending some 'me' time. Although I was desperate to pick Megan up when we got home at about 5ish.
Hasn't the weather changed for the worst? I've had to put megans summer clothes away again because its gone quite cool here now.

Mandi yeah the photos are really good aren't they and surprisingly cheap too. We haven't got them on the wall, just the fireplace.

wow i can't believe you went to jeremy kyle!! was it a juicy one? it's so funny when he gives them a bollocking i cant help but laugh. glad you had a fun time with your friend having some me time. nice to have a break once in a while isn't it.

Well as predicted the 'magic' cream didn't clear up olivers skin, although it did improve it quite a bit now we've stopped using it it's deteriorating again. I called the dermatologist and he said he's referring him to the childrens hospital and they'll do the biopsy.
I expect we'll have to wait a while until the appointment comes through which is a bit rubbish. god knows why our doctor didnt send us there in the first place.

Karly Ollies pics are so lovely hope lucas's come back that good. I am surprised the doc didn't refer Ollie to the childrens hospital first. Here we allways go to the childrens hospital never any other with the kids ( even after the scandal)

Mandi how is joshys constipation.

Jackie hope you biopsy comes back ok.

What a few days I have had, well more like a week. My step dad was taken in to have a suspect mole removed from his leg, turns out it has been there for about a year and he didn't do anything about it. He is booked in for radiotherapy next week as well before they even get the results back so doesn't look good.

On wednesday Lucas started with diorea which just got worse on thursday and the doc said there was nothing he could do to just let it pass, so on friday I took him to the drop in medical centre as it had caused him such terrible nappy rash he was in pain, I was just told to keep his nappy off as much as possible and to use sudacrem. While I was there DS1 decided to run away! I was frantic, He turned up at his fathers at midnight then ran off again then turned up again in the morning and did it again I just kept going out to look for him and found him at 9.30 that night which was the last time I was going to go before I called the police. Haven't really got an answer as to why he did it just " I never get to go out." AHHH

Hope everyone is well any way. I have made some more earring that I will list soon. I am trying to do ones that are a bit differant and unique.

Sorry haven't been about for a few days. we have all had colds and coughs, Joshua bought it back from nursery, thats the pleasures of him mixing with others but at least his constipation is beter think its a mixture of the calpol and prune juice.

Jayjay- Poor you, you must of been frantic with him being out all night. How old is your ds1? I think the older they get the more you worry at least when there babies you know where they are. Hope Lucas is feeling better. Good luck with your jewellery making hope all goes well.

Karly-Can't believe you have had to wait all this time to get ollie referred to the childrens hospital( our nhs is great!!!) At least you will now get to the bottom of it.

Mandi- Get you on the Jeremy Kyle show, he is great isn't he? i feel like he is part of our family now!! You must let us know when its going to be on and we can look out for you.

Jayne i hope lucas is feeling better now it's awful when they're ill isn't it? and all that trouble with your ds1, my dd2 was a nightmare at one point she is ok now but used to just go out without asking and not answer her phone, she seems to have grown out of it now though.

Karly bet your up to your eyes in packing boxes eh? God i don't envy you that bit, i remember when we moved i couldn't find things for weeks, its all worth it in the end though, i always find that although each time we've moved to somewhere bigger we still manage to fill every room !!! (where did it all used to go)

Jackie glad that josh is better now with the constipation, i've never had so many conversations about poo since i had megan!!
I'll let you know when we're on jeremy kyle they said they ring you about a week before hand. It was a lie detector result show!! THis old grandma walked onto the stage and smacked her son in law straight across the face!!!!
Can't wait for it to be on, i was wearing a red jacket with a black top underneath and was sat on the very right hand side of the audience (if your looking from the stage),
