If you want her posts removed, click the little ! icon in the bottom corner of them, it will come up with a box asking why and the moderators will then review it - I have done this already, but if more people do they will do somthing about it.

personally people like this its best to ignore them completely, by answering them or arguing is giving them the attention they obviously crave. If shes banned im sure you will see another name pop up any way.
