Jessica is nearly 6 weeks old and i have lost all the weight i put on through pregnancy, i am now on a diet to loose a couple more stones which i could of done with loosing before i got pregnant. my tummy is obviously a bit saggy and well like ive just removed something that was 8lb 14oz lol! just wondered if anyone had any tips on how to get rid of this, what exercise is best and am i ok to do anything now the 6 weeks are up?

hi there, congratulations on baby. do try to enjoy your baby than dieting and working out all the time! i have always used a video(not available on dvd) by carol smillie its called changing shape, it quotes 'get back in shape in 12 weeks' and is suitable for up to 5 years after pregnancy! it is magic you only have to do 20 mins every other day, it does all the correct exercise to help stick the tummy skin back to the muscle! - give it a go you can so easily fit it into everyday life! - good luck
