I have a 17 week old baby who never sleeps more than 3 hours at a time. At night he wakes still for a feed. He has been on solids now for 6 weeks and which seems to be going well. I cook all my own food for him and he tends to eat what we eat. I have stoped the milk feeds at night and replaced them with water to try and put him of from waking, but this hasn't worked. He does have a soother. Does- anyone have any advice as I am now very tired. I do have 2 other children of which I never had any sleep problems with.

Many thanks

At 17 weeks it is still really important not to reduce his milk intake. Try offering more milk during the day as it is high in calories. Hopefully that should make him sleep longer and not wake so often at night.

Good luck.
