feel a bit gutted now though as you all have a fab routine going with your little ones and I'm still living in a blur!!!
I'm still having a nightmare with Jack, he still demands every 3 hours through the night and takes about an hour to feed so I am knakered!!! he's usually good through the day but will not go to sleep in his basket or pram apart from when he is put down at about 10-10.30pm for a couple of hours then screams when I try to put him down after his night feeds HELP!!!I do a bedtime routine but tend to do this before the 9.30 feed because if I try at 7he's up for a feed again a couple of hours later
It is probably due to stresses with DH, we have major ongoing probs and have seperated which has been so difficult with a newborn also means \i have lots of different people around at night to help me as he has moved in with the sl*t he had been seeing. It's all so overwhelming really particularly when I'm on my own
But on the positive side Jack is doing well, putting on loads of weight and is really happy and smiley considering what we've been through
I'm going to try cranial osteopathy and try giving formula again as last feed, didn't work last time I tried.
Any suggestions greatfully recieved
Good to see everyone is doing so well, sorry i haven't been on much but with the traumas here it's very difficult
Love to all

Nic - I am glad Alanna is doing well. Luke seems to be becoming a good baby now (touch wood). I have just registered with Bumples and I am awaiting activation. I have had a quick look and I see that most of the girls post there now.
Ellie - Good to hear from you hun. I am sorry that you are having such a difficult time, (((hugs))) coming your way. Luke went to an Osteopath 3 times in total and I really think it helped him. He was all curled up and stiff before he went and after the third treatment he looked alot more relaxed and would sprawl out on his back really chilled which he had not done before. I hope it helps.

Ellie so lovely to hear from you. Sorry to hear about your DH - massive hugs coming your way ((((())))) I can't imagine what you are going through and how difficult it must be, especially at night, but things will get better and better and you and Jack will be so happy as he grows up so look forward to good times ahead .
Ange and Lisa good to hear from you both too. Lisa sorry to hear katy is giving you a hard time at the mo. I have days where Lochlan just won't settle anywhere except in my arms so know what it's like trying to juggle that and a little one. At least your DS is settling in well at school which is a real bonus and you can get more time with katy now and hopefully get her into a better routine. As for night times, Lochlan cluster feeds all evening (on the boob) and then he gets a big bottle after his bath (at 10pm) and he sleeps for about 6 hours now which is great. It just means I don't get an evening though and hardly spend any time with DH but there you go, I know it's not forever.
As for here, Lochlan had his first set of jabs today and was a brave wee soldier - hardly cried at all. Just to update you all, last time I had him weighed 2 weeks ago he was 14lb 2oz and he's putting on roughly 1lb a week so he'll be around 16lb by now, the porker. He's in his 3-6 month clothes too as he's so long - I measured him at 62cm the other day!!!
Other than that, having 2 children is certainly keeping me busy and entertained but it's just lovely and when I see other families playing together I'm so happy that Eilidh and Lochlan will have that to come!!!
anyway love to all mummies and babies especially those who are MIA. Anybody ever heard from Ali?? Or Moomoo? Would love to hear from you love Loocy xxx
hi lisa, alanna is a dream baby, i am so so lucky she is so good. im sorry katy is still being a bit of a monkey. bless your little boy starting school, hopefully katy might settle down a bit now that routine will be easier to establish. (mtw some of us are over on bumples!!)
loocy, lochlan is a big boy isn't he, alanna is 4 weeks older than him and only weighs 12lb 11oz, lol
hi ellie, jen, cherie, moomoo, ali, teri and all you other mummies. xxxx

Nic - Thats a shame about the other forum i was just beginning to really like it.
Bethany woke up at 6am this morning i was not impressed so put her in bed with me (naughty i know) and she fell back asleep till 7.30
We are meant to be having a picnic at hampton court today with all the family but the weather is poo so dont think we are going any more The great british duck race is on! We have all adopted ducks for charity, they have to race 1km down the thames. We have done it for pancreatic cancer in memory of my dad - bloody weather ruins every thing
Probably going to go to zizi's for lunch instead as we have got bogof vouchers!
Oh well there is not much else to say as no one is around i'll be back tomorrow or later today xx
