Just wanted to say to Tallgirl thanks for the advice last week. I'm pleased to say Ben has been back to normal for the last few days and is back to eating well so it must have been his tummy after all. I was getting really worried about liver problems so I am soooooooo relieved to see normal nappies again.

Hi all

Just popped on quick to see how everyone is doing. Hope all bumps, toddlers, babies and mummys are doing well!

Has anyone joined Kate-l's new site 'Bumples'? looks good, this forum annoys me sometimes losing my posts and after that wierdo was on here a couple of weeks ago makes me a bit uncomfortable!!

xx

Hi All

Just a quick word to say hello. I hope everyone is well and Kate and PJ's bumps are blooming. Tallgirl - sorry that AF got you again and good luck for this month. Llynnn - nice to hear how you and Abbie are doing.

I am feeling pretty sick. I don't remember morning sickness being this bad last time, although I do remember it lasted to 17 weeks. I am only 7 weeks now so I better get used to it I guess. It is a bit horrific as I am feeling lousy while I am very busy at work and busy running round after a very energetic young Anna. Also in two weeks time DH is leaving for Australia for 3 weeks on business. Eek.

Bubbly - I don't quite understand the new forum. I did go and have a look but it seems you cannot view threads unless you are registered. I was a tiny bit nervous abour registering without seeing what is was like, but tried anyway, and two days later I still can't get on because I haven't received a registration confirmation via e-mail. Am I being stupid? Can you view without registering? And did I register wrongly and therefore not get an e-mail? I thought as a moderator you might know! Sorry to be a pain.

xxx

i'll look into it for you chloe, did you use the same username? just so i know who i'm looking for?!

It's been made that you have to register to view posts in hope that anyone just trying to come on and cause trouble can't be bothered with the whole process!

It's fab once you're on there i promise :-)

Sorry to hear you are feeling so sick, i hope it passes soon! i had it till 16weeks with fleur, so understand how yuk it is.

back in a bit x

hi again!

Right check your junk e-mail as some people have said it is going straight there.
Otherwise pm me your username and e-mail address and kate said she'll add you to the database.

Hope that works ok, let me know x

Hey Bubbly thanks for posting to me on the pg thread last week. I'm doing ok still suffering with bloating and trapped wind but am on lots of meds to try and ease it.

Ben is hit and miss with his new bed, he absolutely loves it but rarely sleeps through without gettingbout of bed and knocking on our door. He's also being a little monkey going to bed and keeps getting out so I just leave him to it now and he eventually gets back in and goes to sleep. The biggest problem is he's waking earlier, he used to sleep til about 7.30 but he's usually up at 6.30 now sometimes earlier. I just hope things sette down when the baby arrives as getting up in the night to sort him as well as night feeds etc wil finish me off!!!

So are you going to Longleat Center Parcs? I can't wait we've just booked all our activities and treatments. I'm impressed at how much there is for under 3's to do. We're planning on going to the safari park too and hoping against all hope that Postman Pat land will be finished as its being relocated. Ben is a huge Postman Pat fan and it would really make his day if he could see it.

Chloe, sorry you are feeling rough with the pregnancy, I did too, not sure if its as I'm carrying a girl this time or the fact I'm running after Ben all day.

Hope everyone else is well, was just reading on the news about calorie intake influincing whether you have a girl or boy. I thought it was down to the sperm. Anyway its interesting as it says high calorie intake for a boy and low for a girl. I wasn't watching what I ate at all when Ben was conceived but this time I was going down the gym 3/4 times a week and had lost about 8lbs so maybe there is something in it

Anyway bye for now x x

Hi all

Kate - good to hear from you. Where is Postman Pat Land?? Abbie loves it too and runs around the house all day with her postman pat doll thing shouting 'pat pat'!
Ben sounds like he's being a little monkey with his new bed! Can't say I'm looking forwrad to Abbie being able to escpae in the night! lol

Well, Abbie has started with Chicken Pox today! they have been going round her nursery like wildfire so I was expecting it! She is fine in herself just has some really awful looking blisters on her forehead and nappy area at the mo. Poor thing! Not liking the thought of being stuck in the house for the next week or so though!

Chloe - sorry to hear you are suffering, hope the sickness passes really quickly. It must be so tough looking after a very active toddler and feeling poorly too. I remember just how tired I felt when carrying Abbie, all I did was sleep! there's no hope of that with no2 is there!

Hi to everyone else, hope you are all well

Lynn xx

Hi Lynn, poor Abbie and her chicken pox, I hope they don't get too itchy. I guess its best to get it out of the way although I can't say I'm looking forward to Ben getting them.

Postman Pat land is at Longleat safari park, but they are doing work on it so its touch and go as the whether it will be ready when we're there. I'm so glad Postman Pat is back on cbeebies though!

I am still here (and still suffering from morning sickness). I have looked at the other forum but there is no July/Aug 2006 thread there. I am not sure where everyone has gone. How are you, Ben and the baby?

I told Anna about the baby the other day. Afterwards I asked her "what is in mummy's tummy?" and she answered "baby". So far, so normal. Then DH came in and so I said "tell daddy what is in mummy's tummy" and Anna goes "Farts, poos and wees"!!!!!!
