Hi everyone, It's not really a breastfeeding question but I was wondering if anyone knows where to get some nice nursing bras? I have 2 from m&s but they aren't very attractive (plain black and white) and think my DP is sick of looking at them! I'm a 36ff too so need some big ones I feel like I need a bit more support now too, would it be ok to wear underwired bras now? Hope you are all well, especially baby usa, lauramc, jilli and sarahw (and anyone else i've forgotten ) You have all given me some fab advice about breastfeeding and i'm really grateful x Rusty x

hi rusty, just to say mine are from figleaves, they are online, they deliver really fast, cheap postage and the bras have been good. not sure how you would get on size wise as i only have boobs when i am feeding and even they are small! pinky, and a latched on sophie!

Sophie This is a quick reply-I will do a full one when I get back from work (it's 5.30am here!) Hang in there-what symptoms do you have of your milk drying up? Are you on any meds? For now let your LO feed as often as possible-if you can do nothing else, rest, eat and drink plenty (oatmeal/porridge is great)it could just be a growth spurt-at this time do not offer anything else such as a dummy or water so you can build your supply back up. Good luck-I'll be back later

Hi Sophie Sorry to hear you are having problems. The Kelly Mom website is great for BF advice. Here is the link regarding low milk supply. http://www.kellymom.com/bf/supply/low-supply.html#supplyBaby USA is great for advice too! As she says you need to rest and look after yourself (I know it's hard!). Are you drinking enough? Is your baby latching on and nursing effectively? Have you got any support in your area? Like a group you could go to for advice? Your HV might know. Good luck and don't give up!!! Laura Mc xx
