Hi girls

Sorry I meant to add yesterday that I hope people like Jo with August babies and Babydust with October baby didn't mind me just putting sept only as I didn't want to confuse the other girls from the August and October ( when they set one up ) threads.

Of course you girlies are welcome........goes without saying!

Also I meant to add on Pregnancy thread ( not sure if I did in the end? Confused ) that I'd appreciate it if Summer did our chart..( which now kindly you have ) ...........not sure if I added that Summer, if you read my mind OR if I concluded that that was cheeky to ask you to do that.....you could be thinking ' phew mo more bloody charts every day now those september girls have moved on ' Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

Didn't want you to feel obliged but no-one does the charts quite like you and we still need you over here. Smiler Big Grin

Jo stop bragging about your full nights kip ( I'm not jealous Wink)......please ask Joel to have a word with Violet about waking her Mummy at silly O' clock every night.......whats his secret!!! Guess that colic stuff really works eh ?

I'm here Big Grin

Don't mind doing a chart at all... but what do you want on it? Can just leave it as the tickers maybe? Updates with weights might be a bit tricky as everyone would have to remember to post them at the same time weekly.

Feeling a bit brain dead at the moment... and had a friend to stay for a couple of nights which is why I've been so quiet. Am totally shattered... Daisy gets so excited and distracted when people are here and doesn't eat properly or nap in the day. She spent all of yesterday just chattering away... couldn't get her words out fast enough... and it was bliming tiring!! Smiler

Maybe Joel is just having a growth spurt Joanne??

Hello
Well it is really quiet-it seems wierd choosing parenting and not pregnancy anymore!!
Liberty slept from 8.30-5.30am last night which was great although my boobs were really sore then when we woke up!!She has started smiling alot and is such a nice cuddly size now-although at 10lb 7oz she is getting really heavy to hold all the time!! I really should get round to making my 6week check up appointment but i've been so busy and we have my stepsons' mum arriving for 10 days this afternoon so i've no idea when i will fit that in!
Summer your little guys seem to be hanging in there at the moment which is good news.
Zoe I hope you start to get some more sleep soon-I hate sleep deprivation so i'm really happy that Liberty seems to like her sleep too so far!!
Kerry-are you still taking your iron tablets? I have carried on taking everything I did when I was pregnant as I am breastfeeding but i do feel like I could rattle sometimes!!Also forgot to tell you how much i love the name Lily-it was on our shortlist!!!
Jo-hope Joel is ok-he could be having a growth spurt maybe?? Or just a cold-that is rotten-you can use saline drops to clear out their noses if they are finding it hard to feed because of it?
Ali, are you still breastfeeding? did you try pumping? I haven't bothered yet as Liberty sleeps so well- also I think I might have thrush so don't want to infect the pump etc or store milk with thrush! How often is Darcey feeding now? Liberty goes anything from1-3hours during the day.Usually then she feeds last at 8.30 and wakes at 2 or 3am for a feed, ten goes through til about 7am.
How are all you other girls? Peardrop-you've been quiet, Autumn, Erica...everyone else????
Well thats all my news for now-love Baby x

Hi girls

Hope you are all ok. Just a quickie tonight before I head for bed. It is my birthday today (I am now 39!!) and have had the world and his mother over today so pretty tired.

Yes, BabyUSA, I am still breastfeeding. Darcey goes between 1 and 3 hours between feeds usually. I have expressed a bit - although it's a bit of a chore. I want to try her with a bottle in the next few weeks to make sure that she will take one!! The ideal will be that in time she will take a bottle of formula when I want her to which will stop me having to express and will be nice and convenient (at least that's the plan). I'm just loathe to do it yet though coz she gets quite windy anyway without adding formula to the equation!!

Anyway, I said it was a quickie and it is!!! Hope you girls are all doing ok and sleep deprivation not causing too much of a problem!!!

Take care all - catch up properly soon.

Lots of love

Hi Girls,

I'm sorry i haven't been able to post much lately. On top of being really busy with Alfie i've had a few personal issues to deal with at home and i've all found it a bit too much tbh.

I've got so much to catch up on. I hope you will forgive me if i've missed loads Smiler

Congratulations to the rest of the september mummies, i can't believe we all have our babies here at last.

Alfie is doing really well, he now weighs 13lb 6oz Eeker As you can probably imagine he is a very hungry baby and all i seem to be doing is feeding and burping him Big Grin He's soley on formula now, my poor old boobs gave up and have now shruken back to their pathetic pre pregnancy size (only saggier Big Grin)
The last two days he has been very upset about something, just constantly crying for 2 or 3 hours. I don't know how to help him. It really upsets me, i have tried everything i can think of to pacify him but nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if this is the start of colic Frowner I tried Infacol and gripe water but no success.

Hugs to everyone Smiler

Hi Ladies

Peardrop try Colief, I bought my first bottle it did cost £10 but was well worth it, But it can be given on prescription. Joel is doing so much better now & it can be used with breast or formula milk...

Its good to hear everyone is doing well with the new arrivals,

Summer whens your next scan etc.... Everyone is so quiet LOL.

Ali were here if you need to sound out hun & happy belated birthday to you hun.

I hope everyone is well & coping with things

Take care

Happy Birthday for yesterday Ali!!!!!

Sorry I've been so quiet... just shattered all the time and wondering how on earth I'm going to last even another couple of months. Finding it really hard to deal with Daisy when shes being a little madam. Just haven't got the patience right now.

Peardrop... really hope all is ok with you. If you fancy chatting about it on msn later I'll pop over.
I'd try that Colief stuff with Alfie that Joanne has used... sounds brill. Might even get some in in anticipation myself! Sounds like the stuff I needed desperately with Daisy. Just had 6 months of crying instead!! Mad

Glad everyone sounds like they're doing well.
Baby... when is it that your mum and sis are coming out to see you?

Zoe... hows the new buggy doing? Did you find much in the charity shops the other Sat?
I so can't wait to hit 30 weeks. That is my goal at the mo, and I'll breathe a sigh of relief when I get there. Can't believe I'm 26 wks on Thurs, but at the same time, the last few weeks have really dragged!
Next in depth scan is tomorrow at 9.30. Don't have such a good feeling about this one, but we'll just have to wait and see. They're both wriggling about loads but I'm finding harder to tell whos doing what as I think they've shifted positions. They were both breech one on each side of my tum before, but now it feels like Jake at least is transverse.

Will check out msn later Peardrop xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
