hi my health visitor tried to find me a recipe for gravy without using stock cubes etc because of salt comtents. im currently using baby gravy but would like to make my own. if anyone has one it would be very welcome!! thanks lizx

do you know if i had half a brain i would have realised that i too have a annabell karmell book!! will probably be in there!! this pregnancy has taken any memory i had left!!!!

For when you are in a hurry bisto do a low salt version but I would still check if its ok to use with your HV. I didn't give it to my DS til he was 18 months.
