Hi Vicki!
Lovely new pics Smiler
Glad all is good with you. Can't remember... did you conceive on your 1st month of clomid last time? Lucky Jake is still in our bed as I can't stop planning and re planning when to start trying for the next one!!
Sam I'm so glad all is set for the op. You'll feel like a new woman when you leave hospital. Whats the recovery like? Will you have to be on strong painkillers for a while still?

Hope everyone else is ok. Loocy... hope you had a lovely christening. And how is work going?
And how are you other working mummies doing?
Laura are you still taking food in for Kaitlyn?

How are the babes doing with finger foods?
Jake and Tom have finally got the hang of chewing chunks of food now without gagging although if left to their own devices they both stuff too much in and I end up having to fish it out. Slices of banana are their fav along with the Organix carrot stick crisps Big Grin

Jake now weighing in at 18lb 12oz and Tom has finally hit the 13lb mark. Feels like hes been 12lbs something forever! oooh... we finally had a vaguely recognisable sound from Jake today!... dadadada Smiler Yay. Hes also started trying to pull himself up on stuff and is rather speedy on his hands and knees now. Hes fast learning to understand "no" Big Grin He knows now when hes not meant to be doing something... before grabbing something hes not allowed to, he'll look round to see if anyone is watching. Theres a paper floor light at mum's he always makes a beeline for. We've put huge floor cushions in front of it.. and baskets of toys, but he'll pull them away or sneek round the side and inch them sideways 'til theres a big enough gap for his hand to reach through and grab it. Hes going to be an outrageous handfull when hes walking Roll Eyes
Tom in the meantime is coming along with his sitting. We're almost there now.

Have made a photo montage thingy... link below. Will add new photos as time goes on.

Have lovely weekends everyone xxxxxxxxxx

hi

Yay Vicky - good to hear from you. Glad all is well. Must look at th photos when I gt a min. Lucky you coming into Spring and Summer...much colder here now...brrr

Sam - you poor thing, hope it all goes well ...I'm with Vicky STOP GOOGLING!!!!!!!!! we all do it but it's wrong!!

Summer - great news on th boys development. little monky! they always find a way to get their way don't they!!! Kaitlyn is being quite demanding now too - grabs hold of EVERYTHING...I am sick of saying "no" all the time! Tried to download the montage but my connction is rubbish so will have to do it at work ( Wink).

Yes, I'm still taking food in for Kaitlyn. She has settled much better this week at nursry but still cries when I leave. have just accptd that is what she does. Still don't like it though! Was engrossEd in that baby led weaning site. Really think it's good but not sure how it would work with kaitlyn cos she really is reluctant to put anything in her mouth. Tried with all sorts of different finger food but the best I can do is she will suck melon (hilarious!) but I have to hold it for her (I drew the line at peeling grapes though! Big Grin)

Loocy - how's you? How was the Christening?? How is work??? Hope you ok.

Mari - any news???

Hi to everyone else - have lovely weekends! we are off to a farm tomorrow with friends and their 18 month old.

Hi Laura!
Yes I had to tear myself away from that site. Could spend hours looking through stuff. Do they suggest peeling grapes?! I used to cut (large) grapes in half and give them to Daisy but I can't remember how old she was... probably over a year actually.
Have a lovely time tomorrow! xxxxxxx

Sorry Summer...my sense of humour - I meant K was lazy so I wasn't going to peel her grapes for her....yeah I know...lame...

it's a really great site - the more you read the more you want to do it!

Have a nice weekend!

LOL at the grapes Laura.
I read it wrong too hahaha.
The farm trip sounds lovely, hope you have a great time!

Summer that montage is just beautiful! well done hun.
Yep I fell first rnd with Katie so if we cant do it this month fingers crossed first rnd will do it november Smiler
Am due AF about the 20th, so am just in the tww now. Ov a day or two ago. so fingers crossed wont need clomid.
lol at Jake, cheeky monkey he is trying to get to the lamp that way. yep hands full for sure when walking by the sounds of it.

Katie loves her food!!! ALL food lol anything we eat she eats now. She did go through the stage of stuffing to much in too but that has changed this last week or so. Now if she bites a big bit she spits it out too, so no more gags here yay! Hate that lol.
Some of her diet would be: spag bog, chicken dishes, tuna casserole, all mixed vegies, roasts, sausages, yep pretty much everything now, quite the connoisseur too.

better run , have to get ready, we are off to get the new high chair.Smiler

Ha ha, thats a great photo Vicki! Everytime I get the camera out now the boys look all sullen or dopey. Reeeaally hard to get them to smile for it!

Hey... things are happening here in leaps and bounds now... there was me worrying last week about Jake and his non babbling... well as I mentioned... yesterday we had the first ever dadada... (dh was so smug!) and today we had babababa AND mummummumm Big Grin He also started waving and there is a hint of a clap too.
Hurrah!

Summer, LOVE your new pic, they boys have such beautiful blue eyes!
yay for Jake yabbering away too! lol @ him saving it for one huge go at everything at once haha

as its spring here now we quite often sit out the front watching the cars go by etc and i always say car, 3 days ago Katie said it, I couldnt believe my ears at first but then every time one went by she said it! I always thought she would talk early as shes quite the thinker and listens ever so closely when you say what things are, can almost see the cogs ticking over as she listens lol.

anyhow best go, off for a picnic down the river soon.
hope your w.e is going well xxx
