I thought i would share with ye all about this book that i have just bought for my sister in law who is preggie.

I started to read it and now i cant put it down - i have to buy her another one!

It is brilliant!

It talks about routines - how to get your babies in them - what sort of patterns they should have - how to prevent bad habbits formign etc etc - talks abut weaning too!

it is so good - suitable from birth till 1 year i think - my mia is 4 months old and im so glad to reas this book as she wasnt sleeping through etc it really helps!

You can get it in tescos superstores.

The title is that in the subject heading, written by Gina Ford.

its fantastic isnt it chelley i started reading it when i was pregnant and it is my bible now. its such a good guide on routines and why your babies doing certain things that you would never of considered. i would recomend it to everyone and anyon.

Hi Eveyone,
I used the NCBB with both of my 2 children and it's a god-send. I had them sleeping through from a very young age, they both sleep 7-7 now and they are bright, happy, CONTENTED children! I give it to all my friends when they are pregnant.
They do have a website and you can subscribe to it for around �20 I think-and they'll answer any questions direct if you do subscribe.
Just don't tell your midwife or health visitor-they think it's all wrong to follow the routines in the book and will be all disapproving-personally, it saved me when I was running on no sleep and at the end of my tether with my first.
