Thanks Karly Smiler Oliver is gorgeous too (and I love the name - thats what we were going with for a boy!)
Kelly - can't wait for you to join us either!

Well we had to start giving Emily Infacol last night... I thought all that didn' start for a while.. but she has been having real problems bringing up wind (thought breastfed babies didn't get it!) so gave it a go, after the second dose we got 3 huge burps and 2 even huger bottom burps!! Must have needed it... going to keep going with it for now, am hoping that may have been affecting her night time restlessness as she wasn't feeding for as long during the day yesterday... didn't work overnight last night, but she had a really good feed earlier so am hoping we are back on track...

hows you jelly?

Peanut........... I CANT BELIEVE WE FINALLY MADE IT !!

Josh is the other way round, he is ok through the night but very unsettled through the day, im knackered its so draining!

We had to get infacol for Josh 2 days after bringing him home works wonders on him.

I cant get used to this recovery after C section, dying to get the vac out, and the not driving is killing me, poor Df running around like a blue assed fly !! bless him. ( well i did drive car and ended up doing £250 worth of damage ) Eeker

Are you still in pain with your scar jell? Everyone keeps going on about how quickly I am recovering! I do still get pain but it isn't often and normally just at night... think I ver stretch it or something then... to be honest I am using the pain killers more to help my shoulder which I seem to have strained carrying my little dinky doo about!

Im same as you, people were amazed i was up and walking around within 2 days, scar is almost healed now but do get a burning sensation inside if i over do things. I have started to lose more blood too ? I know i feel drained all the time! i rang GP up today to ask about registering Josh , the receptionist said to me ' remember you have just had a major operation, takes time to heal'. funny aint it i didnt see it as a major operation, just something that happened. I suppose its alot similar to an hystorectomy ( not sure of spelling !) you decided what contraception your going to use?? im going to try the implant see how that works for me, midwife told me other day it is highly dangerous to fall on within 6 months of a C section, and i AM DEFINATLEY NOT GOING THERE AGAIN LOL !!

Hiya,

I've finally made it too, getting on the computer is getting harder now, but will manage it somehow!!!

We are going to start Meryn on infacol tonight as she is having restless periods during the day as well. She was restless during the night the other night, between 12 - 3am then finally going to sleep. But today she has been snack feeding and really unsettled, and just now she seemed to be screaming with wind pain, managed to get a bit of wind up and now she's asleep.

Wonder what kind of night we will have?

How is everyone else?

Paula + Meryn X X X
