Congratulations hun I got a natural birthing kit which had some healing herb baths and stuff in which was great for afterwards-a lady at the birthing center used hypno birthing and said it was very helpful-it was her first natural after 5 hospital/medicated births, not sure about VBAC though.

i had homeopathy with bith my boys and its fab.... well it did no harm and i did have relatively fast births with no tearing (minimal with DS1) as i was taking some from 30wks plus everyday that are meant to strengthen up the uterus... so id ecomend it but make sure u do go to someone qualified.. as some can have adverse effects... u do have to change them according to how u feel etc... but if used correctly..big thumbs up!!
ps daniel is lovely! congrats.. overdue... i know! hehe!

Pj congrats on your pregnancy!!! Just wanted to say I used the hypno birth CD as part of my birth preparation and it was just totally FAB. During labour itself it was just too hard to even think about the whole hypno thing as all that you concentrate on is getting through the next contraction, but it certainly really made me relax about the thought of giving birth and really helped me to stay relaxed and calm while I was being induced. And, I have to say, taking half an our out each day in the run up to birth to just totally relax and be chilled was well worth it. Am planning on using it again this time, although whether I'll get half an hour with munchkin running around is another story!!! But definitely recommend getting the CDs and taking them to hospital with you!!! Loocy xxxx
