Oh My God! what a shock that a lovley woman has died so young!
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to her family & friends, may they take comfort in the fact that her advice has helped many first time parents and indeed those whom are on there second/third child etc. I myself am expecting my first baby and through the baby whisperer i hope to use some of her techniques... maybe that way her family can be sure that her sprit and gift live on in thousands of restful children and many a grateful parent.

God!!!! Sorry i have only just read this and I'm so shocked!!!I havent watched the baby whisperer for a while so I didnt know! Thats so sad she was an amazing woman! I know loads of people who swear by her advice. I'm sure she will live on in the hearts of many parents who without her advice would be lost. RIP Tracy Hogg

Just read the sad news. She was fantastic and a mine of information. I watched her constantly when I was expecting my third -always looking for tips and inspiration should the occasion arise.

My thoughts are with her family and friends.

Ok something i dont understand, they are making a new series of the baby whisperer apparently i recieve regular emails informing me of places on shows such as extra, audience member or reality tv shows ...and today i got an email asking people to come forward if they have any need to go on the baby whisperer. How is this possible it doesnt seem right to make the show in the same name with out tracy hogg to me.

Hi all,
I heard about Traceys death but wasnt sure how she went, heard few different things?
I also heard about the new series but she was christened the baby whisperer & in her own right as well, i think they should rename the programme personally.

Hi Katylottiesmum, Discovery Health has nothing to do with any new series called the Baby Whisperer, we all worked with Tracy here and in our minds there will only ever be one person to have that title.

We have spoken to the channel making the series and explained and they have assured us they will be changing the name of their show.

Thank you for the replys I'm glad i wasnt the only one who thought that the baby whisperer title belonged soley to Tracy Hogg. And I'm glad to hear they will be changing the name of the show!
In answer to the question of how she died, I looked her up on the internet and it was melenoma that she had.

Have just finished watching an episode of the Baby Whisperer and was shocked to see that at the end of the programme it said' In memory of Tracy Hogg'! Am deeply upset by the news of her death. She was an amazing woman and was an angel in many parents eyes by the way she helped and made familys lives so happy. Huge thoughts go to friends and family. So sorry to see her go at such a young age but her memory is marked in our hearts and lives for always.
