Welcome to the new sept/oct thread Big Grin Big Grin

I hope their are moms to be out there who along with myself will want to join this thread and I hope many of you are from the 2ww as I am leaving a space for each and everyone of you Wink

Please feel free to pop on and add any symptoms, questions or advice you may have

A little about myself....My name is Joanne and I have been ttc since feb last year. I have been with dp for 12+years and we have a dd who is almost 7 and a ds who is 4. I am currently 6wks and 3days (i think lol)pregnant. We have decided not to find out the sex of this baby. Our due date so far is 13th sept. I am 27 and dp 33.

So far I am suffeing with terrible fatigue and until recently a loss of appetite, however in the last 2 days due to sickness I find that eating every 2 hours helps loads. I am still mega bloated which im finding very uncomftable and my boobs are very heavy. My back has also started aching in the last couple of days aswell!

I hope more people will be joining soon and a special place reserved for petal Wink

Take care all Jo xxx

Hi Hayley

Firstly congratulations on your pregnacy Big Grin
I hope you are able to pop on from time to time and share your thoughts.

I have also been given 3 different dates....the date im going by until I have first scan is the 13th sept given by the doctor. I then went onto a preg site and that came up with the 11th, ive also checked dates printed in preg book and that says its due on the 12th (my birthday) so we've had abit of a laugh about it but like I say i'll stick with the doc's date for now.

Have you made an appointment with doctors yet? First pregnancy?

Well, better go for now as ive got alot of ironing to get done!

Hope to speak to you again hayley xx

Thats for the well wishes miss jennipenni, I hope your pregnancy is going well xx

Hi to KJ! How is Scarlett doing? Wow! 4 months already, seems weird i could have had a 4 month old by now if my pregnancy due in Oct had worked out.

Thanks for starting the thread, Jo - and for saving my place! Big Grin

Well, I'm 6 weeks today - Big Grin - I didn't make it this far last time, so it feels like a real milestone! Big Grin

Welcome Hayley - I'm a worrier too! We'll have to ask Jo lots of questions, as she has done it all before! Wink

I'm 31 and DH is 35 and this will be our first baby (although I sadly lost a pregnancy in September and will always think of that lost bean).

We are extremely excited!! Big Grin

Symptoms so far include bloating, frequent urination, sore nips and nausea/retching. Bring it on!! Cool

OK - had to post before work, as I'm so excited! Big Grin

Looking forward to getting to know you better Jo and Hayley - and to lots more of you (especially from 2ww) joining us! Big Grin

Thanks for the congrats Mantha and KJ! Big Grin

Lots of love,
Pxx

Good evening all,

Id just like to start by saying thankyou to mummym angel Karli Mantha and Kalyjade for the well wishes. I hope you all have good words of advice for us Wink.

Hayley: Im sorry I hadn't seen your other post. How are things working out with you now? I hope all is well. Ive got another app on fri taking blood, which I am absolutly dreading because yesterday and today ive had 'morning' sickness ALL day, and none of the retching tmi.....actual sickness. Ive been told the midwife comes to your home where I am living now so that'll be nice instead of me dragging my heels to the surgery lol. I hope your visit is pleasant.

Petal : Congrats on making it to 6wks. I hope the next 6wks are filled with fatigue and sickness lol Wink and the rest of your pregnancy continues well.

You'll have to let me know how you get on, as soon as I hit 6wks I seem to feel 10x worse!!

Well better go and get baths started

Take care all xxx

Thanks Karly - that's really sweet of you! I am ecstatic too, to say the least! Big Grin Can't believe how near it's getting for you! Being preg again is def helping me deal with my previous loss. Am staling you too!

Hi Jo -sorry to hear about your sickness. I threw up again this am - and just felt so sick eating my dinner that I had to lie down!! I am hoping this is all a good sign! Will let you know how week 6/7 treats me! Do you have any other symptoms?

How did today go, Hayley?

I have a scan next Monday and am really hoping all will be well!

Lots of love to you all,
Pxx
