Hi why dont you buy some ovulation sticks then you'll know for sure. accessdiagnostics is a good reliable website. However, you sound like you could do with checking today, boots do the clearblue expensive ones or wilkinsons do cheapo packs that work just as well. Good luck hun

people are often confused as to when ovulation occurs in relation to ovulation cramps. this is what fertilityfriend.com has to say on the matter:
"When you feel ovulation pain (not everyone does) you can feel it before, during or even just after ovulation, and many other kinds of cramps or twinges can be mistaken for it, so it is not a good indicator for pinpointing ovulation on a particular day."
so don't feel to down that you may not have bd on the 'right' day - you may not have missed it at all, so get bd asap!!
good luck hun

Hi Elle. I always found the ovulation kits very helpful in telling when you are about to ovulate. But i was lucky and usually got ovualtion cramps aswell. You still have time if you have had the cramps that is only the egg being released and i think it is still ok for up to 12 hrs or so. So get making some sexy time! x

hi sorry to but in! Not sure that the ov tests would show ovulation at this point as i thought it only showed up positive 24-48 hours prior to ovulation, due to the LH surge?? correct me if i am wrong please someone!! But like Amy says, if you bd soon after you had the cramps its not too late as the egg still lives for upto 24 hours after release! Its just that i think chances of fertilization are higher(but not always!) if spermies are ready waiting when the egg is released...
