Petal....yeah, I cant stop grinning!! As soon as I opened my eyes I remembered. My dp said he did aswell. I have to decide when to tell my family. Probably in a few weeks.
No pregnancy symptoms really......yet!
I had sickly hunger this morning, but was fine after a tiny brekkie. appetite seems to be gone this past few days. Ive no cramps like the last time. Roll on the next 8 months haha!!!

Petal.....How are you feeling? Ive just had to stock up on pineapple juice and fruit blasts. seem to be having a glassfull every half hour!

Had a bad morning, felt very sick no energy really bloated and hormones are kicking in as ive seriously snapped at dp.....what for....because he didnt do the washing up how I wanted him to! pathetic but I couldnt help myself. Done a few jobs and been to the shop and now im ready to collapse again. Cant believe how different I feel compared to yesterday. Oh well enough about mememe!!!

Hi I got my BFP on fri. possible due on 4th oct.

This will be baby no 6 for me. have 2ds 20 and 17. 3 dd's 15, 4 and 2 and half.

Had my coil out in nove 07. Really didn't expect to conveive so quickly as I'm getting a bit old. almost 39.

mandy4land.....wow, i got the mirena out nov 07 aswell!!! and I'm due 4th oct aswell. we must have the same cycles

It still hasn't sunk in for me, maybe when I go to my doctor
I think I will tell my parents and dp parents when I am 7 weeks?? I keep checking the hpt lol!!! if i remember correctly they stay positive forever?

Even though this is no 6 its still feels as special for me as my others.

symptoms are so different with each preg though. this time have had really bad metalic taste in my mouth. and queezy and hungry at the same time.

i get that queesy hungry feeling too, but just in the morning before brekkie

Evening all - and congrats mandy! I'm one of 6 and it's great! We are expecting our first, but we're hoping it will be our first of many!

Lisa - thanks so much for your congrats and kind words. Really hope you join us on this thread! You never know - you might have conceived first cycle after your sad loss, as they say a loss can make you more fertile. We were lucky enough to fall pregnant on our first cycle we were allowed to try after our loss, so it can happen!

How are we all today? I've been sick again (yest eve, this morning and afternoon) and was so tired I had to have a nap at 11.15am this morning for 2 hours!!

I have my scan tomorrow afternoon - am soooo nervous, but excited too. I've never had a positive scan yet, so it's a big deal!

Petal: Im sorry I didnt wish you luck with your scan, i couldn't make it onto the p.c yesterday. I hope it was a good reassuring experience for you and dp.

Michie: Has it sunk it yet? If it hasn't it will when the sickness kicks in let me tell you! I hope you are feeling well though and look forward to reading how yor pregnancy progresses

As for me....well sickness came back with a vegence on saturday. I have been soooooo sick all over the weekend it's been horrible. Im no better today, just constantly feel sick and starting to get very tired as im typing this. Dp made a lovely curry last night but I couldnt eat it, managed a few mouthfuls and just felt mega bloated, an hour or so later i was stuffing my face with jam on toast
I can honestly say I can't wait for this stage to pass

jollyjo....sorry you feel so sick
it definitely hasnt sunk in yet, i dont have a single symptom, they all left me a few days before i tested. i do have a small amount of heartburn though, which i never get. Am i allowed to take anything for heartburn???? probably not lol!!!

Hi all,
Hope you're well and not too sick - I didn't have many symptoms at first, Michie - then they all hit together!

Well, great news from me - the scan was fab!
Little Bean has a heartbeat , measures 9.3mm and is measuring at approx 6wks 5 days, so I was pretty close!
It was just amazing to see that pulsating heart!!!!
Am keeping my dates for now, but will see at 12 week scan - am sooooooo happy - am floating on air!
