Hi girls, can't believe this is a due in Sept/Oct thread already!!! Petal, am so pleased you have got to your six weeks mark!! This is definately a sticky one for you I can feel it!

I hope to join you, maybe not on this thread as would be too lucky to be pregnant first cycle post d&c but hopefully not too far away...

I hope all is well. Petal, how are you getting on with morning sickness? Mine is completly different to the start of the week. I havent been sick since wed i think. I have to be very careful first thing in the morning but after breakfast ive been fine just a little tired. I hope it carries on like this

Went to the nurse this am and had all my records and blood taken (nearly fainted) and she has put my due date as the 12th sept! my birthday so as she pointed out my b.day is 12.09.80 and babys will be 12.9.08. Just got to wait and see what the scan reveals. Wont be seeing the midwife for at least 2 more weeks which seems like ages away but I suppose once ive met her I can start counting down to the scan date.

Been out shopping today and picked up loads of baby clothes dead cheap out of tesco and boots, and little booties......I wasn't going to ...wayyyy to early.....but I had a couple of friends with me and we couldn't resist!

Anyway id better go and pick kids up from school. So try and catch up later xxxxxxx

Glad your morning sickness is improving!
Mine is mixed - am sick every morning after breakfast and feel sick for quite a lot of the day, but nothing too bad. I had to run out of the Dining Hall today, as it was smoked haddock and the smell made me sick!!!! I did eat after that, though!
At the mo, I feel both sick and hungry - v weird.
How are you, Hayley?
A friend of mine at work suggested freezing grapes - she said they worked a treat for her.
Am v tired and my nips are huge and sore!! V sensitive to cold too - they hurt!!
Hope you have a good weekend - I have my scan on Monday and am seeing midwife on 3rd Feb - I can't wait!

Petal im so happy to hear all is well with you. I really do feel for you on the morning sickness. Did you try ice cold orange juice or pineapple juice? It really seems to be helping with me throughout the day so I can imagine frozen grapes working aswell, although I have to be careful with cold things as ive got sensitive teeth .

I bet you cant wait until your scan, I hope all continues to be well .

i just need your due dates everyone oh, and i guessed yours hayley, so correct me if I am wrong
i put down "its a suprise" as no-one knows what they are having. Im going to find out what this beenie is going to be

Thanks for doing the chart, Michie - it looks great and feels more real!
My EDD is currently 15th September, but that may change after my scan on Monday afternoon.
We haven't decided yet whether to find out or not what sex the baby is - so it's a surprise until we decide otherwise!
