sorry....lol...that just blurted out lmao!!
well, i found the buggy i really wanted its not the stokke xplory, its the quinny buzz maxi cosi. well the maxi cosi is the car seat that goes in the buggy frame, when you take the buggy out, i love it. Its soo neat and light! I found out the name today when i seen two women with them in town heres a page with one on it quinny buzz with maxi cosi

im fit for bed since 6 o clock!!! i had ben out for the day, i went to a local indoor adventure centre with my friend and her son. Then I went and got some treats for ds, its his bday sunday!! We are going to Thomas the Tank Engine Live, it looks good!

Jo - how's the back? Poor you! I am starting to get pain/twinges in my lower back if I lay down on it for too long - it hurts as I move round!
Your post made me giggle - as only yesterday I put the marmite in the fridge instead of the cupboard!! DH was most bemused to find it in the fridge!!
Yes, I am up at least once a night to go to the loo!! I think it is nature's way of preparing us for broken nights!! I also wake up pretty early and can't go back to sleep!
And yes, I am def more snappy than usual - poor DH!!

Michie - your orange outburst had me in stitches!!! It sounded just like me!! Though, it's grapefruit for me at the mo!! Do these citrus cravings mean anything?! I love your Quinny - and it looks like a good deal too! We are going to John Lewis today to sneak a peak!

Well, I'm 14 weeks today, which is totally thrilling!! I got my blood results (10 wks) fully back and all is well, but I am borderline anaemic, so have to take some more iron.

Right, off to do some housework! I had my first day in AGES where I had more energy yesterday!! Hooray!! Let's hope it continues!!

Just wanted to say... I had cravings for oranges and grapefruit with both my girls.. went off fruit until about this stage with both boys!! Dont know if there is anything in it,, you never know!

I think orange cravings are pretty common though! cravings are meant to be your body's way of telling you it needs a certain nutrient!

Michie.. I prefer the Quinny Buzz to your other choice but then i dont particulary like 3 wheelers anyway..! sorry! thats just me! But my SIL and brother are having the quinny Buzz she thinks its faberooney!, she is due in 9 weeks!! So excited, its my brothers 1st baby!

Looks like its just me on the whole forum tonight ....how sad.

so i will go now, I'm billy-no-mates..

woo hoo!!! my sons bday today!!!! he is a big 4!!! heading out for the day, going to see Thomas and Friends Live, then to an adventure park
angel...im getting the 4 wheel version i dont like 3 wheels either, i think theyre poncey!! (dunno if youse use that word in england haha!!) yeah, cravings are for a reason, and the cravings which are for weird things is called Pica. Like coal, firelighters, ice etc.
My craving on ds was ice, it had a flavour, and id eat two bags a day. And id go mad without it!!
Petal...im loving oranges at the moment, but i dont think they are my craving, i just want random things out of the blue at the moment. I cant remember when my ice craving set in with ds? Maybe they dont set in untill later??
well my ds isnt up yet! i better wake him!!! ive tons of presents here for him! He was up late last night because he was excited, bless!!

Well my back is killing, just sitting here im in pain and on top of this my hay fever is starting already!! even with this rain!

Do any of you suffer? and if so do you take anything? ive been told that I cant however in a pregnancy mag they recommend some natural alternatives so I need to hunt them down.

Right im being bugged lil one wants to go on cbeebies so enjoy the rest of your weekends especially you michie I can tell you cant wait to meet Thomas

Jolly jo hope your back is feeling better, I can simpathise as had really bad back whilst pregnant with 4yrd.

Petal glsd your nuchal scan went well.

I've got my scan tomorrow at 1.40 and can't wait to see my little bean. will make it very real then.

Least queeziness is easing off a little. thankgood. Last thursday we took the little ones to a country park for the afternoon. spent some of the time throwing up in the bins. who said country air is good for you!

Been getting some really strong pulling pains today. my boobs hve got really sore and feels like their ready to burst. can't bear anyone to touch them.

Mandy.......I hope all went well with your scan, please let us know. Glad to hear the sickness is easing off in the next week or so hopefully it will have completly passed and the fatigue.

Michie......How was your day with thomas? Did your ds have a fun day?

Petal......Did you manage to go pushchair shopping? seen any that caught your eye?

My back is still in pain but I think its easing off now. Havent really got anything to report other than kids break up AGAIN on thurs for 2WEEKS!!!

Michie - how did you enjoy Thomas?! Hope your DS had a lovely day - sounds like you had a great one planned!!

Jo - how's the back? And the hayfever - poor you - I do sometimes suffer, but only in the summer. How irritating!

Well, we had a good look at prams etc on Sat and Sun (poor DH!!) We really like the Bugaboo Cameleon, but when we saw the Phil and Ted's Sport that changed our mind! We are planning to have several little ones in close succession (God willing) so we think a Phil and Ted will be right for us. We also have many friends who have got them and rave about them. I know no pram is perfect and I know there are less that perfect things about P&T, but we think it will suit our lifestyle well. Anyway, those are our initial thoughts!!

Got my 14wk 3 day bloods tomorrow am - hope I don't faint again!!

We break up on Thurs - I can't wait!! Hooray for the hols!!

How is everyone?

Im tired, grumpy and hormonal and my whole body feels like it needs a darn good massarge! grrrr

Petal......I like your choice in pushchair, the phil and ted one is a popular one round here although I had no idea they were called that . my friend also has one and for the same reason as you and she has no complaints about it.

Id just like to ask if anyone is starting to suffer with headaches? Since thurs last week I seem to be getting at least one a day and this morning I was seeing black dots in front of my eyes and head went really light as if I was about to pass out. Abit scary as I was on my own with dc but ive taken a paracetamol and its eased off now. I can tell my body is going through some serious changes at the mo because of the way ive been feeling just wondering if anyone lse is feeling the same?

Jollyjo....ur headaches sound like migraines, because of the black dots. I cant remember if migraines give white dots or black ones?! if its a migraine, sleep fixes it. If ur feeling weak and faint, maybe you lack iron?? say it to ur doctor hunny, and mind urself xxxxx

Petal...i like ur pram!! it comes in lovely colours!! i happened to go in to a local, tiny, pram shop, just to see if they had my quinny maxi cosi....they did!! on sale!!! 355 euro for the car seat, the pram, and the stroller attachment.....sorted!! Im going to buy it in 2 weeks time, coz ill have had my scan by then (30th March)

mandy...u poor thing barfing in the bins in the park!!! How did ur scan go???? id love to see pics of everyones scans im next for the scan yay!!!!!

well, im off to do the chart, then go 4 a nap with ds... i get tired from around 3pm untill 9pm then it wears off?!?!?!?! when i eat a meal its like the life drains out of me and all I can think of is sleep, even with a small meal, anyone else get this???

Hi everyone,

well I had my scan. what a palavar. My bladder was too full (never had that one before) and had to go and empty a bit, (easier said than done) sonographer said they could do an internal one instead which would be just as good. when they put probe in we could see my very active baby with beating heart. due date 4th october. However baby was moving too much for the sonographer to get some measurements etc so didn't get a v good photo either. they will re-scan in 3 weeks.

As someone said on a previous post, it doesnt matter how many babies you already had, it still is so wonderfull to see your baby for the first time.

Jolly jo sorry to hear about your headaches, its all those hormones running wild.

Where will you be having your baby?

I had some good news yesterday, my uncle and partner had a baby boy ezra yesterday, tiny only weighed 6lb 4oz

Michie.... Glad to hear you had a good day with thomas. I bet you cant wait for your scan, let the count down begin......Is your ds going with you? Good to hear youve found the pram, better get it while its still on sale! Do you mind me asking where aboutss your from? its just that ive noticed you go by the euro and not the pound not that it matters at all just being nosey

Mandy..... Good to hear all went well at the scan. Ive not heard of having a too full bladder either, lets hope you dont get the same sonographer again! Did you still manage to get a pic?

I agree with michie, we need more scan pics posted......and then pics of bumps heehee

Im not too bad today. Sneezing my head off but no headache (yet) so can cope with that. I will ask midwife in the next couple of weeks about iron levels etc because thats the first thing my mom said. my back is finally feeling better aswell yayy.

Oh mandy, you asked where im having lil one, ive got to see consultant on 7th april who will tell me for def if I have to go to shrews (because ive got asthma) or if I can have at Princess Royal in telf. Hoping it will be telford but very doubtful as they have no consultants there!
