Good Afternoon All, What another beautiful day So far spent the morning cleaning and changing the bedding. I hate it when the sun shines in the house and shows all the dust so we've been on a mission today Mandy4land: Im glad to hear all is going well with your dd. I hope you havent been working too hard and having been getting some time to enjoy the sun. Petal: One word for you.........GROSS I was laughing when I read about you and crumpets It's funny how our bodies react to things, ive recently gone off all dry food. You asked how soon we were showing, well with dd nobody could tell i was pregnant until about 6 1/2mths. I felt cheated because I didnt have a bump at all and then at 7mths i had a tiny little thing. By 8ths I was quite big though and the last month massive!! Dd only weighed 6lb 14oz. With ds i went from an 8 to 12 in first 16wks and bloosmed all the way through. Many people thought I was further along than what I was. Ds was 8lb 6oz!! I have definatly got a small bump now and will be buying a couple of pairs of jeans in the next couple of days. I am happy (and hoping im not jinxing myself) to say that my ms seems to be passing. I havent felt ill for a few days now and my appetite seems to be returning back to normal as in not really extra snacking so im happy about that. Still feeling worn out by now though. Michie: is the sun shining where you are? I hope you are feeling well and taking it easy Kais mummy: How are you feeling on this fine day? I hope you are well. masonsmummy: I hope your still popping on from time to time and hope all is going well with your pregnancy To the lovely ladies who pop on from ttc.......I hope you are all well within yourselves and I hope your dreams come true very soon and babydust to you all xxxxxxxx Id better go, taking the kids to the library. Midwife coming tomorrow so hopefully get a date for my scan Hugs and Kisses xx

Oh - just lost a post! Agh! Sorry for grossing you out! You sound busy again, Jo! You always do lovely things with your children! Thanks for sharing your bump showing stories - I can't wait to have a real bump - I just look a bit podgy! I am not v tall, so any excess shows up very quickly! By the way, does anyone else have any niggles in their tum? They're not pains, just niggles, but I do worry!! So tired today - yawn!! Off for a nap - then I really MUST do something productive!! Hi to Kai's mummy too! Are you still around, Hayley? Pxx

Hi all Its been a lovely sunny day so I took DS out for a walk earlier. The cold seems to be clearing up now so I can finally sleep again. I've been having some abdominal cramping, very similar to period pain but not as bad, has anybody else experienced this? It has me worried as I had a m/c with my first pregnancy, I think I will probably worry all the way through this pregnancy as I did with DS sorry to hear about your spotting michie. Its great that youre so positive and have a scan booked. You will get to see your little bean early I love going for scans, it really hits home that its real. I think we have one more day of good weather before it turns colder again so I might take DS to a farm tommorow take care all! Lea x

Hi Lea, I have been having some light period pain type niggles too (especially in the evenings)- still am, so do try not to worry - so hard , I know! I also lost a baby, so it's hard to relax, but each pregnancy is different. Let's all keep each other positive! Pxx

Thanks for the reassurance girls. Im a total worrier anyway but the fact that I had a m/c with my first has left me bit obsessive about every niggle. I thought I'd be a bit more relaxed this time around but no im sure i'll feel much better once the first trimester is out of the way, it just seems to drag so much when you spend every second thinking something will go wrong. Thanks again and ((big hugs)) Lea x

Morning all! Really foggy, damp and cold here this morning, so glad I did my washing yesterday! How are you all this morning? Has the bleed settled down, Michie? Hope so. Bet you can't wait to see your bean tomorrow! I saw mine at exactly the same date! It was so amazing seeing that little heartbeat! Well, down to only being sick twice yesterday, which was fab!! Absolutely shattered, like you Mandy, but at least a bit less sick! I have even had a banana this morning - it's been over 3 weeks since I've dared to have a banana! I am glad I feel a bit better as I wa starting to worry about how unhealthily I was eating. What are you all up to today? I'm waiting in for our new dishwasher! Rock and roll! Back later, Pxx

Good Morning all, Now the frost has cleared it's another lovely sunny day. Michie: Your spotting sounds absolutly normal so well done for the positive attitude and I hope all is well with your scan. I bleed heavily through both pregnancies in first trimester and all was well with mine. Lea: I hope you dont mind me using your name I just wanted to say I love your ticker 'thinking pink but blue is a blessing'. I am secretly hoping for a little girl this time round and the more I think about the 20wk scan (a long time off yet I know!!) the more I want to find out the sex heehee. Petal: You dont have to apolagise for the gross post lol....I really was laughing when I read it . I have been plagued with niggles and slight pains aswell especially when bladder is full. I will be asking the midwife about it today but it does all sound normal. mandy4land: Happy to read all is well with yourself and not working too hard I didnt know the weather is due to change. It really perks me up when the sun is shining and im already counting down for the 2wk easter hols so I hope the weather behaves for us all then aswell Well, today im housebound as I havent had a comfirmed time as when midwife is arriving. The kids are out the back on the trampoline (best garden toy we've ever brought) Ive got the argos, mothercare world and babies r us catalogues spread across my settees comparing prices!! and tomorrow we're hitting the shops!! Hope you all have a nice day and hopefully catch up later xxxxxx

Hi girls, Ive had a lazy day My parents asked if they could have ds to stay today and over night so I have a good few hours of peace and quiet although im missing him lots already...typical me Mandy, Im with you on the tiredness! sometimes it feels like you have to sleep right that second, its like utter exhaustion... makes it near impossible with ds around my feet and tons of housework to do JollyJo, I cant wait for my 20 week scan, its even further away than yours but we've wanted a girl for so long so were itching to find out the sex! We were in mothercare just the other day and all i could look at was the cute pink outfits Petal, good news on the morning sickness, hopefully it will ease off completely in the next couple of weeks, im crossing my fingers for you. Happy new dishwasher by the way! Lea xxx
