If you ovulate on Day 16, do you have to get a period 14 days later or could it possibly be longer than that? I know I ovulated before Day 23 because I had a blood test, but I'm on Day 34 and no period. Any ideas? I will probably take a test tomorrow.

Hi!
Your LP (luteal phase) which is the time from ovulation to your period can be anything from 10 to 16 days. 10 is on the low side and ideally it'd be 12-16 days. It varies from woman to woman but whatever yours is, it'll normally be the same every month.
Hope that helps...and that you get the result you're hoping for ! xxxxxx

Ok, I just did a test (couldn't resist!) and I see a faint line! Only problem is I just looked at the box and the tests expired last month. Could it be a false positive?? *so scared*

I'd be at Tesco right now buying a test (one with 2 in a box) so I could do one right now & one in the morning - I'm terrible when it comes to waiting, I just can't do it! - Good Luck! [Big Grin]
