A friend of mine suffered throughout her first pregnancy and was worried about getting pregnant a second time that it would happen again. She had regular Reflexology sessions during her pregnancy and only suffered one headache. Sometimes it can be down to rising hormone levels. My sister suffers with migraines and noticed certain foods triggered her off during pregnancy especially oranges. Please be careful with Tiger Balm, it contains clove oil which is not recommended during pregnancy, all aromatherapy oils are very potent, it would be a good idea to consult an aromatherapist to be on the safe side.
