Hi Everyone

Glad people have come n here it was getting a bit lonely.

I already have a 21 month only boy who at the moment is being as good as gold as his mummy is suffering like crazy with morning sickness!!
This is my 2nd and last baby now.. i forgot about the sickness with my first..

I have a scan tommorrow as o have had some spotting, i had a scan last wed but they could only see the sac and the yolk as it was too early so hopefully should start seeing the little heartbeat tommorrow fingers crossed.

Hope everyone is feeling ok xxx

Well i think today my sickness is starting to creep up on me slowly, can smell the heat from the cooker and its making me feel a bit queasy- all i can smell is like chips cooking, but it a pan of veggies boiling.. so how can that be??? my sence of smell has gone a bit wacky i think!

anyway, enough about me,

NicnEvan.. how did the scan go today? was beanie any clearer? let us know how you got on!

Pj,.. how are you today! do you have any symptoms?

Michie.. Are you any more convinved? any different symptoms?

Musswells,.. hope you are ok.

well i think ive got everyone off the thread,

cant keep my eyes open this afternoon, pg hormones are really starting to kick in now i think!
Emma. x

ps, found out what the 'chips cooking smell is', some small person turned the oven on slightly and the frying pan was in the oven,.. whoops,
mr. nobody as usual, but then again i have been known to do crazy things without realizing when i am pg! lol.

Hi Emma

Im doing ok thanks. Not really had my symptoms kicking in yet apart from the fact that I am so tired. I can remember being tired first time round but not this tired. Then again thats maybe because this time I also have a active 1 year old to run around after!!!!

I had bad morning sickness with Daniel so could do without a repeat of that if I am lucky! Wink I also had pre eclampsia last time which I would also like to avoid if anyone is taong notice of me putting requests in (lol). I had a c-section last time due to induction and failure to progress and I am really hoping for a natural birth this time around.

Oh good good, glad you are ok.
I can remember thiking the same 2nd time round, hoping i wasn't gonna be struck with the falling asleep without realising it thing, its awful, you can't actually explain to someone who hasn't been pg what its like!! they think its just normal tired!!! crazy.. then it just hits you, i was lucky 2nd time and didn't get it, just 1st and 3rd- both girls, so hoping this is a little man and not gonna make me sick or tired!
Omg, i ramble on!
when do you get your booking in app with MW?
I've got mine next thursday, i think she is going to be shocked to see me because i saw her a couple of months ago and she asked if i'd finished my family and i said yes, definatley, well i was definate.. then.. but changed my mind when i had my best friends DD when she was 6 months old, i got this sudden rush of broodiness from nowhere!

Must end this post now or i'll have people nodding off!

Also need to add, ive never had problems like you had and all mine were natural, DS was almost C/S but escaped it somehow, but not really a good thing as he was stuck and starved of oxegen but dont know how long for so he has learning/behavioural problems, but he's not too bad, (has ADHD as well)
I also had retained placenta after both girls so i will be pushing for a natural 3rd stage as it was very very traumatic after the last one, so i just want my placenta to come away as easily as possible, ive done all my research and i will not be giving consent for them to stick the hormone in my leg so they can just yank it out, i am going to be very firm this time!
I suppose you will have a bit of a fight on your hands for a natural birth will you? i don't really know how it works sorry! is it risky for you? or is that after a few C/S?
