Hi Cris I looked into this and did some research via google. It seems that there are mixed feelings as to how much this really helps labour. I found a study which basically concluded it only reduced the middle stage of labour by 10 minutes. You're supposed to start taking it at around 37 weeks, not before!!! Good luck Rachel 40+6

Cris - I bought some Heath and Heather Raspberry Leaf Tea and at the back of the box it says start from 35 weeks of pregnancy and not before. The Tea basically softens the Uterus to enable a shorter second stage of labour, of course, this is not always the case and can be different for everyone and has not yet been medically proven but I think it is definately worth ago. I am meant to be due in 4 days time and will let you know how I get on and hopefully the tea would have made a bit of a difference. Jen x [:X]
