Hi again, Kirsten my 3d scan in on 18th May, think I'll be about 27 weeks which is pretty much how far gone I was when I had my 3d scan with Ben. Sezzy, I've gained 11 lbs, weighed myself this morning. I'm surprised its no more as I've been eating like a horse and half of that junk! I gained 2 stone with Ben which isn't bad so I think it will be about the same this time. Awww so cute Ben just said bye bye to mister tumble on cbeebies Anyway where was I. PJ looking forward to seeing your scan pic's. I'm sure it is a girl surely 2 scans can't be wrong Angel I was reading back through the posts from when my laptop cable bust and I realise I missed your birthday so happy belated birthday chick x Pops hope you're not overdoing things. How's your leg now? Hi to everyone else x x Well I'm still suffering terribly with the bloating and painful trapped wind. I'm on omeprazole and another med that stops my tummy going into spasm. I'm still suffering with it and was on the phone to the midwife this morning. I think wheat might be a trigger which is a real bummer as I always have cereal for breakfast and usually a sandwich at lunch. Think I'm ging to have to try eating 6 small meals instead of 3 main ones. Had my GTT on monday and managed not to be sick - just! will get the results this week hopefully! My Gran is really poorly in hospital, he's had quite a big op last week and was re-admitted cos she just wasn't recovering like she should. My sister just texted to say she just visited he today and will phone me later so I'm worried about what she might say. Anyway need to pop out to the cashpoint, its my nephews birthday on Friday so I need to post his card, he'll be 14 and wants money cos he's saving for an xbox. Its great when they start asking for money - so much easier!!!

Hi girlies. Woowoo i just put my pram together! I am at my mum and dad's as we speak and it is lush. I am so exited now i can't wait! Angel- Oh i get it now with the leaking. Can't wait for that one! Sounds like you will be our breast feeing guru to me. Pobs- On the breast feeding. I think that it will be something that might take a little practise but i want to give it a good go. But if it really doesn't suit me i won't force it i am not worried about using bottles if i can't do it. I don't think that i am in the nesting stage yet but funnily enough my dh seems to be. He spent the last 2 days painting our radiators and skirting boards so the house is tip top for when little man comes. Thanks for the bump comment some people don't even know i am pregnant from the front or back. To be honest i do have secret bump envy but if i was massive i would want to be small. At least it looks like i will fit my bridesmaid dress abit easier. Sezzy- Don't worry about the ice cream it is done now. I haven't heard it is bad for you so i would have done the same. I have only put on 12lbs so far but i have had the runs for ages. I have got a good metabolism at the moment so i am making the most of it. Don't worry too much about it you are pregnant so enjoy it as long as you feel comfortable. Alot of women carry alot of water so blame it on that! Kirsten- I know how easy it is to spend a silly amount just on clothes. I keep seeing really cute stuff and buying it then saying to myself that i really need practical things. I get a bit dizzy sometimes and black dots around my vision. I always find it is when i need to eat though. Also im finding i can't sleep at night cause i keep imagining what child birth will feel like i think it is best not too know! Pyjama girl- God know where the time is going at the moment. Especially scary when the due site before us are popping them out already! Kate- Hope you get some good news about your nan when sis phones back, they will be looking after her i'm sure. Sorry if i have left anyone out i am in a rush cause my mum has just got my dinner ready! Dh working til 7 tonight so i am dining here. Will check out the pis on msn when i get to my computer tomorrow though. Love Amy.xxxxxxxxxxxx Me- 28 DH-26 Ciaran Jacob was born Thursday 10th July at 10.38am. Weighing 7lb2oz.

Hi to all, Just got in from work so thought I would quickly check in on you all while DF cooks dinner. Had a nightmare yesterday with regards to my anti d. Was just about to leave for the hospital yesteray morning when the MW phoned to say my injection hadn't arrived so could I hang on for abit. Had to wait around for an hour then she rang to say it still wasn't in so to go to work and they would ring me on my mobile when it arrived. So I had to explan to my boss that I had messed around all morning but still hadn't had it done but they would ring so I would have to leave at some point. I'm lucky my boss's are so nice and didn't mind. MW phoned me at 1.30pm to say it still hadn't arrived so could I come today instead. Sooo thats where I was at 9 this morning, the good thing was though they gave me a proper check up and we got to listen to babies heartbeat. I have a wee infection so have got to send a sample off tomorrow to the lab but apart from that and the fact my arm is sore from them rooting for a vein for me bloods its all good. Baby is measuring 30weeks, so a week out but at my last scan they did say she was big. I was really touched when I got back to work as the girls had put up a poster in the staff room advertising my baby shower they are organising in our local italian resturant on the evening of my last day..how exciting!!!!! Amy....So pleased all is how it should be with the pram and that you are really happy with it. My friend has the same pram, she used it for my goddaughter who is nearly 3 and will use it for the baby she is growing when its born. She loves it too..in the same colour aswell. Kate...sorry to hear you are suffering with IBS at least you got the gtt test done and dusted though. Your poor Gran..finger crossed she will be ok. My leg isn't too bad thanks, a pain more at night. Kirsten.... Know its hard but try not to be scared about the labour. My cousin was always asking me for words of wisdom as she felt the same, now holding that gorgeous baby in her arms one week on she can't remember anything bad about it and had a really positive birth experience. Know that probably won't make you feel too much better just wanted to try LOL Sezzy... Glad I was of help over the BK ice cream. I haven't weighed myself and i'n not going to either. I made the silly mistake of piging out when I was having my DS and put on 4stone in 9months...I learnt my lesson and haven't changed my eating habbits and have been quite careful so hopefully it won't be too much more afterwards, thats when I will worry about it..when I can do something about it LOL Pj...Sounds like life is very busy for you at present..time is going very fast now!!! Pleased to hear your scan went so well. Angel, Meadow..hope you girls are ok today. Off to have a wee and eat my tea. Sending tummy rubs. Love Pobs xxxxxx

Hi all.. Sorry i haven't been on yesterday/today but feeling a bit cr@ppy.. started with a cold but was shattered yesterday and slept most of the afternoon, so quicky personals as my eyes are on fire and got drippy nose..nice! Pobs..Back to work then?! It wont be long then and you will be off again! Glad you are laying off the house 'labour'! My decorating phase has passed.. i just feel really run down all of a sudden. Lol at the leaky boobs- must say ive only ever massive leaked when in bed, the side i'd slept on would be like a swimming pool in the morning, sleeping on towel became the norm!! Also its only my right b00b that leaks aswell.. Any questions re: feeding, ask away, my midwife tried to get me to join the la leche league and do BF advise!! (head swells!!!) sezzy.. What are you like, I did think as i was sat stuffing my 4th mcflurry last week, should i be eating this soft whip icecream from a machine, but i haven't been ill yet and ive had...a lot.. since i got pg, i think its more the icecream vans and beach hut type venders that are the risk.. well done you with your bargin avent gear!! thats a real saving as it is so pricey. I really like mine thats why i am using them again. Kirsten...I dont remember if i mentioned it or replied to your last post about the pulsating in the ear and dizziness, but ive had it everytime ive been pg, its just coz there is a higher volume of blood pumping around your body, but yeah, it bugs me aswell when i try and get to sleep.. The dizziness is quite bad for me at the mo and has started doing it while i am driving which is scary, so i need to keep an eye on that, it just happens so there is no knowing when it will strike, will have a look at your new pics in a mo.. PJ...Nice to read you hun, glad all is well, and cant wait to see your scan piccies! Still reading up on the vbac then! hoping that placenta gets shifted. kate..Sounds like you are having a bit of a time at the moment, I dont have the probs you have but my auntie does and she is gluten intolerent..she has to get special bread etc, i suffer after white bread, potatoes things like that..but it doesn't seem as bad since being pg for some reason. I hope everything is ok with your nan, it was awful waiting to hear news when my grandad was ill due to complications after having his op a few years back, so i can understand what it much be like for you. But at least if she is back in hospital shes is the best place.. Amy..YAY,,you got your pram!!! Its like xmas when that box arrives isn't it! Its just horrible waiting until you can use it for real!! Woo..check out your ticker!!! nearly 27 weeks, how nuts is that!!! Meadow.. I'm wondering, was it a bulging bladder that you saw after your 'baby making session' as thats how mine looked when it prolapsed, a shiney red balloon.. ?? Hope you are ok, come back soon! babyno5...Hope you are ok aswell, you not posted for a couple of days.. well hope thats everyone.. I am falling asleep here so will quickly do chart...no actually i'll do it in morning, i need to blow my nose, night all, Emma. x

Hey all! Ooooh pobs - your anti-d sounds like a bludi nightmare! Did they give it to you in your arm? At least you got to hear babies heartbeat which is nice! I had to literally beg to have a proper check-up when i went for mine! Hope the results of your wee infection come back fine. Your baby shower sounds great! Id love one - but at home, but because i still live with parents dont really want to as i would feel abit cheeky, and then i would have to invite family which i dont want to hehe! I was emasuring 30weeks and 28weeks but when i had 3d scan babies head only measured 27+2 and i was actually 28+3 so im not taking anything too literal what the mw says from now on! Angel - glad someone else is suffering with the pulsing, as i was getting a little worried so nice to know its probably normal and im not alone! Ashame your not feeling too good - im actullay feeling a little better this week (even if i did puke up everywere this morning) hopefully you will feel better soon. Well, my mum has just told me that they have decided to convert our garage! which is great news! as they have said we can use it as our 'living room' before we go. As at the moment we have a 4 bedroom house, mum and dad in 1 room, lil sis in her own room, my room and computer room. So computer room will go into a nursery, obviously me and dp will sleep in my room (which is really big so can eaily fit a cot in with us too!) and we will have our won living space with computer downstairs wahoo! i know it sounds a little rubbish but for me its a massive thing and im really happy about it - as it will give us a little more space til we move out next year (when hopefully house prices will have dropped a little). Hows everyone else feeling? love kirsten xxx

Hi girls, Feeling sooooo tired today so just a quick post (she says) Been feeling quite breathless today and uncomfortable, baby right under my ribs. Angel....sorry you are feeling pants hun, Hope you feel better tomorrow. How bizzare as my right boob is the worst for leaking too....completly freaked out DF the other night when I showed him, bless him it is his first time LOL Babyno5....Congrats to you, 25weeks thats brilliant news, how are you feeling????? Amy......3rd trimester time is flying by now isn't it??? enjoy the all you can eat. Ive just been to iceland to get some ice cream for later....I blame Sezzy for that craving. When do you see MW again??? It was great to hear heartbeat especially with all the cramps ive been getting which I think must be due to the infection. Kirsten...Happy 30 weeks hun. Sounds like a brilliant idea about the house, it will be greta for you to have your own space won't it. I hope house prices come down for you next year. We bought 2yrs ago just in the nic of time..they have just gone stupid now haven't they? My anti d was in the arm...it ruddy hurt!!!!! Sezzy....Hope you're not working to hard my dear. As I mentioned have terrible ice cream craving now!!!!! LOL did you say its the wedding this weekend???? Pj....Ment to say the other night good for you going for a vbac, the consultant said to me that alot of it is mind over matter with a vbac so if you are really positive thats what you want you will probably have a really positive experience....I wasn't convinced I was strong enough mentally but you sound really like its something you want to do so good for you. Kate.....Hows the tum today, hope you aren't feeling too bad. How is your gran, hope it wasn't bad news for you when your sister rang last night. Thinking of you. ((hugs)) Meadow....waving hello if you are reading. Short but sweet girls. I'm up and down to the loo all day and night and its wearing me out, anyone else having the same problem????? tried to not drink so much in the evening but it doesn't make a difference. I wake up bursting, thought now she is higher up it would have eased abit..but nope. Going to be sad and go get me pj's on ready for bed. Hugs for now Pobs x

Hi everyone.. Just wanted to pop on quick before bringing home baby starts.. Pobs.. Anti D sounds painful..glad i dont have to have it, ouch, I am feeling same as you today- absoloutley whacked out, mind you, i did cry all morning which is exhausting on its own, I feel out of breath no matter what i do and like you baby is quite high and i'm getting it in the ribs all the time.. Also, i find if i have a glass of water before bed i only loo once in night, if i drink loads of tea in the evening- even though its decaff, i am on loo all night! kirsten..The conversion sounds good! My mum was going to do the same when i moved back home when i found out i was pg when i was 17 but..well, things didn't go to plan and i moved back out.. but i would've loved it too! Only 10 more weeks to go now..crazy! Kate..Hope everything is ok, thinking of you. Babyno5..Glad you popped on to say hello, catch up soon. Happy 25 weeks! Amy.. Hahah, check out the mamas & papas girlies lol!! I love mine, i think its great, although it doesnt feel as sturdy as my other graco one, so hope it lasts for me! all shall be revealed in approx 10 weeks! hehee! waving hello to everyone else.. and be back tomorrow. Emma.x

Hi ladies, my tummy is better than it was, thanks for asking. I'm on the maximum dose for my meds now and it seems to be really helping. I'm my own worst enemy I was taking the meds as a cure rather than cos of the baby even though the meds are safe. That'll teach me! My Gran is doing ok, I was expecting the worst, she's still very ill but as soon as she starts eating and gets some strength she should be alowed home. She'd had a funny turn and collapsed which is why my sister was ringing me. Thanks for asking about her. Anyway I'm gonna settle on the sofa and watch the new series of Heroes. Nite nite

Hi ladies, well I'm having a great day!!! Firstly I'm 24 weeks so baby is viable! Secondly I went to Kiddicare to try out double buggies as I was undecided whether to get one or not or just use a carrier. Well I got one! so excited and it was an absolute steal!!! got the Jane Powertwin, an ex display model for £199 and they serviced it for me, its in pristine condition just not in a box. Its this one http://www.kiddicare.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod...-1__4170_10001_Can't wait to use it, I highyl recommmend going to Kiddicare if you're within an hour of Peterborough. Its a 3 storey baby megastore and there are loads of bargains that aren't on the website. Thirdly my GTT results came back today and they were NORMAL!!! I can't believe it I was really expecting to have the diabetes again as I had it with Ben. Anyway DH has gone to waitrose to get a nice dinner to celebrate!!! Hope everyone is feeling as happy as I am!!!
