Have sex, them as soon as he pulls out lift bum up and put legs against wall to help I did for about 10 mins after. Don't rush off for a shower, I know it feels manky but just put up with it, shower in the morning. Put a pad on or put some loo paper there. I did and it worked for me.
Well worth a try. I can't be I just shared this personal info on here. I hope this works for you. xx

Just wanted to tell you about a forum i've been a member of for a few years, its been offline for a little while but its back up now and is starting to pick up again. Loads of lovely women, lots of nice chat, advice etc with fellow mums and mums to be! Hope you all join!
Faiza - I really hope it has worked for you hun![][][][]
Sending loads of Baby dust your way!
Gemma - will definately have a look at the website when I next get a chance hun.
Oooo I hope that our hospital does a mobile epidural as I won't have one if I have to have a catherta. Call me silly but I had to have a test years ago in my wee bit and oh my god it was absolutely herendous, it was soooo painsful, so no one is going there, not on your nelly!
Lorraine - Any more news on your friends other little baby?
I'm off to have a visit round my Mums house she is buying, it is a Barn and they knocked it down and rebuilt it with the same frame work, it has a thatched roof and other nice bits sooo that will be really nice to see how far they have got with that.
Love to you all
More Baby dust your way Faiza!
Baby for Faiza vibes too![]

I haven't posted in about a week, and wow you girls can talk[] I'm not gonna attempt to try and read through all the pages!
I had a bit of a bad week last week and at midwife appointment they couldn't find the baby's heartbeat, so just been a bit low really. Went back today a week later and they found baby straight away![] i'm so releived! So fingers crossed all is ok.
Faiza, i did the whole legs in the air and knickers straight on routine too[:I] but got my BFP so give it a go and stay away from the shower!!!
Lorraine, sorry about everything you are going through, my thoughts are with your friends and pray the other twins op goes well. Hope your feeling well again soon too.
Gemma, congrats on selling your house. hope you are keeping well too?
Jen, how are you? is work any better?
Well hope to catch up properly, take care all, bubbly x x 14+3

Its trad from the April thread. Just got a phone call from the midwife saying that I am very anaemic and need iron. No surprise there really as it happened in all three of my other children but she said she would fax the information over to my doctor and see what he says because some doctors don't prescribe iron to pregnant women anymore. I hope mine does because I've been getting restless legs syndrome at night and its driving me mad and apparently anaemia can cause this. I think even if he doesn't, I will go to boots and ask because nothing bad happened to the rest of my children nor anyone else I know. Anyone else taking iron through doctors consent.

I haven't been taking iron, although a few weeks ago when i had my last bloods done I was slightly anaemic and she was going to test me again and never did. I've been getting really bad restless leg syndrome so I wish she had tested now if thats what's causing it!
