Hi, I have endometriosis and had two cysts removed last year (along with my left ovary and tube). How did the doctors come up with your diagnoisis? Was it just through the scan? The reason I ask is because they can get an idea that you might have endometriosis by the look of the cyst but they can't actually give you a proper definitive diagnoisis unless you have a laparoscopy. Good luck with everything. Please shout if you have any questions on endometriosis and I'll do my best to answer them (although I'm no expert!) Lucy xx

Hi again, I hope all goes well with your surgery, good luck with that. Can I suggest that you look at the national endometriosis society sites. I use the british one but I think there are american sites too (or you'd be more than welcome in the British one) Not sure if I can post the link to it here but if you search endometriosis is should come up with it. The ladies are pretty clued up on it and although it can be more difficult to have children it's not impossible and there are often success stories on there. best of luck with eveything, Lucy xx
