Hi Ladies, just wondering if any of you guys are taking this to aid with conception or just to help with the dreaded AF if she does show her face.

Me and my hubby have been trying to conceive since October 2006 and have only had one pregnancy since that which unfortunately ended in a miscarriage in December 2007. Am beginning to lose hope we will ever conceive again let alone have a successful pregnancy. Has anyone used EPO and got successful results from it, I understand that it can produce more fertile CM which would definately help me. Also how much do i need to take, I have some at home at 500mg but have read that it needs to be a higher dose.

Any Advice will be really appreciated.

Hi Lisa,
I'm afraid I don't know anything about EPO, but I just wanted to say, don't despair! You will get there and you will be such a lovely mummy! When you have waited/been through hard times like us, the pregnancy, when it does come (when, not if!) is all the sweeter! You know you can get pg and you will again - and I'll be cheering you on all the way!
Love,
Pxx

Thanks Billy, Ever and Petal for your posts. Have started on the epo 1000mg per day as don't want to take too much. Hubby says hes taking charge this month and there will apparently be no rationing of BDing to good days!! Hes a man on a mission and i am gonna be one tired girl!!

ooo good for hubby! If it helps to know this...DP and I conceived on a so called "not good" day - and its a boy...not sure what happened there but looking back at my chart on FF - there is no way my temps can have been right! I know exactly the days we were BDing as I wrote them all down and it doesn't match any of them! Hope it works for you! x

Hi Lily Sue,

I have been using Evening primrose for 2 months. Works really well as far as getting more cm. I usually take 2 twice a day. I just started this cycle to use preseed. I have heard great things about this product so I will give it a try and see if I will be sucessfull. The preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant that helps the spermies swim to there destination. I will also use the instead softcups (I have heard GREAT things about these also) to help hold the spermies close to the cervix after Bding. Good luck with all the techniques.

Baby Dust TO All!
