I've been charting my temperature every morning and am not increasing my awareness of cervial mucus. I'm on day 14 and it's a watery milky looking texture. Turning more watery. I know that it should be like egg-white but it's just watery white - I guess I'm not at the point of ovulation yet. My temps have been all over the place as have been taking epsom salts for congestion so can't really pinpoint anything at the moment. I have heard that oestrogen keeps the body temp low around 97.0 - 97.6 before ovulation and then it rises after ovulation.

It's very bizarre this trying to get pregnant thing!!!

It looks like you 'could' be approaching your fertile phase. Do you chart on Fertility Friend, cos it helps you identify when you are fertile.

As you approach ov your cm will change from sticky and creamy, to watery, then egg white. Watery cm is still considered sperm friendly but ewcm is the most fertile.

I don't know about your temps cos I chart in celcius, and also everyones temps are different.

Hope that helped.

It's really weird - but I now have just checked my cervical mucus and it's stretchy! Also I've just had a bought of ovulation pains. It's all starting to fit together! I've experienced these pains before and is on the right side and goes through to my back - a really tight sharp pain.

I've cracked it!!!

I hope it's not too late to try - would it be if I've just had the ovulation pains?

Its different for everyone cos you can get ov pains before, during or after ov. If I were you I'd start trying. I usually get the pains for a few days before and including ov.

Good luck [Wink]
