On behalf of my pregnant sister who is expecting her second baby in December, does anyone have any tips for smoothing the way and introducing the new baby to her 4 year old brother? He has some speech and communication delays so explaining things must be done in simple terms (no change there then!). Any advice will be welcome as he has to start school soon and his mum and dad are worried sbout how he might cope with leaving his mum with the new arrival
