Lizzy- Thanx for your input about the agnus castus. My question is when you started taking the liquid form did you take it for the entire month or did you take it only during your period? I bought the liquid form and I remember reading something that said you can take it 2-4 days before your period and the 1st 2 days of your period. My period came 4 days early so I took it the first two days of my period. I took it 4x's a day. When you took the liquid how did you take it? Also, I've had a normal period after coing off the pill so I'm taking it to help me get pregnant not to make my period come on. Any suggestions or more information about the agnus castus?

I took the capsule form from af till ovulation and fell pg that one month I was taking it.

If you've been ttc for more than a year, may be you should see your doc and get some tests done to rule out thyroid, pcos, etc.

I took the liquid form from the first day of my period until ovulation and then stopped. I was taking it because I thought my luteal phase might be a bit short. I bought mine from Holland and Barrett and the instructions said to take it in a small amount of water. I used to put it in enough water for about 2-3 gulps!!!!

The recommendation I had was that you shouldnt take it after ovulation because of possible effects on the foetus.

Apart from that I didnt do anything different. I took it every morning when I got up and although it doesnt taste great it wasnt that bad. I really couldnt say if it helped me get pregnant or not but I conceived on the second month. I was also temptaking and using OPKs - not that I was at all obsessed!!!!![:I]
