Hi chinup

This is completley how I am feeling. I am now going to bed early every night and still I feel tired. Although im getting used to the tiredness now for the first week I was exhausted. I cried last night for no reason at all and i mean waterfalls of tears just for the sake of it. I have have really bad wind also (sorry hehe) and i feel a bit constipated which is giving me bellyache. How attractive do I sound? As for my looks, I feel minging at the mo, spotty head bushy eyebrows etc and my boobs look like a motorway map!!!!

i think this is all very normal though, im 5 weeks on monday.

Nic xx

Good Mornign Ladies,

Just wanted to say congratulations to Emmaleigh on her BFP++++ Well done. I remember your postings on the original TTC and coming off the pill thread. Also very encouraging to note that you also suffer with PCOS and have a BFP++ at last.

I am 5 weeks on Monday too!

Hiya Girlies

CONGRATULATIONS to pesto, well done sweetie and I wish you all the best for the next nine months. I am 5 weeks tommorrow and feeling tired all the time.

I was wondering girls, have all of you had sickness?? I have the odd wave but nothing like my friend who is 2 weeks ahead of me. Could it be that it will come later on as im only early?

Its well and truly out now that im pregnant. I told a few close friends who have told their close friends who have told everyone. Also me and df walked up to a beer garden yesterday and when i ordered a mineral water all our friends heads turned and i just said i wasnt feeling to good.
My cramps have calmed down now aswell which im pleased a bout but the backache is still crucifying me. has anyone else had backache too?

Sorry for long post

luv to you all mummies to be xxxxx[:I]

Hi Nic, I will be 10 wks on thurs, and believe me the sickness will kick in, you just enjoy it while you dont feel constantly nauseous! I have not been sick, but the feeling of sickness comes on for me about half nine in the morning and sometimes lasts all day. It makes for an interesting time as I am a pub manager and am in the kitchen for 8 hours a day, and I have a list as long as my arm of foods that make me run out of the kitchen!! I am just so ready to have my first scan, I go back to the dr's on friday and he said that we would go from their with the scan. Isn't that a little late for the first scan, or am I just being to eager ??

Anyway, wishing all of you a beautiful sunday, and congratulations to all. Makes me smile [Big Grin] reading the posts about your bfps, so congrats pesto and emma. sending you glue Smiler

Love

It's supposed to be a good sign if you have bad morning sickness, Smiler

I am the same with the ciggarette smell, which is a lucky thing as I used to smoke. Made it very easy to give up. Also red onion....... ever typing it makes me want to be sick!!

I can ask you as you have a DD, when should I have my first scan?? Dr said 12 weeks, but I want one now!!!! just cant wait, I am so anxious and worried and would just like to have my scan asap.

thanks emma

Hi there

I am 27 weeks preg and due in Aug, and I noticed your query about the scan. I had one done privately at ten weeks to put my mind at ret cost 100 but well worth it. I then had a sexing one done after my 20 wk scan. I did a search on google for local private hosps. Im in Luton and my nearest was Harpenden. Also, I bought a doppler off an auction site and thats been a huge reassurance.

Hi, me again

I also meant to say I can totally relate about the sickness. I got mine from approx 8 weeks to 14 weeks, and even now occasionally when I am cleaning my teeth. Usually was at 8am when I was frantically trying to get ready for work and usually threw up 3/4 times before I got to leave the house. I also went off so many foods I like and some I still cant eat like chicken. I remember having chips late one nite and that set me off. I found sucking sweets helped, and toast.
