Hi all

Sorry i havent posted for a few days - been all emotional and sleepless and neither use nor ornament to anyone.

Mandy - so glad to hear your news hun. Have posted on the other thread but as i say - must be a boy

Hope everyone else is well and bumps are behaving.

Had my second 3D scan yesterday. Flump was a lot more squashed in there. She wasnt playing ball to start with and i had to go for a 20 min walk to get her to turn round.
Eventually we got a good look at her.
Have tried to add pics again but like last time it wont let me!

Mandy - I have posted on your other thread but fab news about doodle. i will keep my fingers crossed he/she keeps fighting.

Simone - Anything the matter making you feel emotional and sleepless hun? I would love to see the scan pics. do you want to email them to me and i will post them on the group site again for you hun?

Lucy - How are you at the moment? You seem to have gone very quiet. Hope everything is ok.

Thank you all so much for your good wishes on here and the other thread. It isn't a nice situation to be in but the support of everyone on here makes it a little easier.

How are you Rhi and Lucy? Are you feeling any happier? It is hard the 2 of you feeling low at waht should be a happy time. Lets hope when your babies arrive you will both feel better xxx

How are you Munchy - is DH home yet or is it next week? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that it actually happens this time! xxx

I'm at the hospital to see the consultant at 4pm. As we have made our decision we just need to tell him and make lots of future appointments. I'll let you know how it goes - until then I'm going for a nap!

Hi all, im okay at the min thanks, been feeling better for about a week now!!!

I went back to my slimming group last week, as it is 100% safe to follow while pregnant, as its healthy eating, and since i have been eating well i havn't had any anxiety, so im thinking maybe high fat/suger food, could be a trigger for me......and i lost 3.5lb this week, so im happy with that.

Scan on monday, im excited,nervous and everything all on one. my appointment is at 0900, im haven the day off work monday, so unless i get to use someone elses pc, i wint be able to post till tuesday!!!

Hope evrything went as well as it could yesterday Mandy????? were all routing for your little doddle

Simone and Rhi, how are you both feeling at the minute?

Hope ebryone is is doing okay, judging by the posts it seems so, so that great.

yeah yesterday was fine - I've put the details on the other thread but basically we just made all our appointments and told him our decision. I am back at hospital every Tuesday and Friday. The only thing I forgot to put in the other thread is that the consultant said he will not deliver me at 34 weeks if baby is happy and there is enough fluid. He said he'll leave us as long as possible because the babies lungs are the last thing to develop and in a baby where there is a concern about lung development it needs the best chance possible.

I'm so glad you feel better Lucy. You could well be right about the foods you are eating. Alot of foods that are bad for you give you a sugar rush then a crash down where you feel hungry and possibly a bit low. Good luck with the diet. Perhaps just the fact you are doing something positive is helping too

Sorry I've not posted much, sometimes I hardly get to go on the pc at all! Joseph is VERY demanding!!!

Defo got backache with this pg, and have been really trying to avoid lifting heavy stuff. To tell you all the truth, I am becoming very nervous indeed about coping with a 1 year old and a newborn! The due date seems to be rapidly approaching... do any of you have close gaps or know people that have got close gaps?

Anyway, hope you are all well and the weather is nice where ever you are!

Mandy - I am glad the news keeps improving at the moment so let's just hope it stays that way hun. Doddle sounds very brave like his/her mummy and daddy.

Lucy - I am so glad to hear you are feeling better in the last week. Loosing weight is such a positive thing and makes you feel on a high when you loose weight. I have been trying to eat sensibly this time round and so far have not put any weight on which i am glad about.

Silky - Sounds like you have a busy life at the mo with Joe. Josh was demanding at his age and i would day it improves hun but it doesn't it just becomes more demanding in other ways. Very enjoyable though i must say. Sorry to hear about the backache. I suffer from that a lot too. Unfortunately there will be 3 1/4 years age gap between my two but i have friends who have bro/sis close ages to them and their parents said it was hard work but well worth it. Hope you feel the same too. I am sure you will be a great mum to two and just deal with it and enjoy it. Do you want us to add the fact that you are having a blue bump to the chart?

Simone/Munchy/Tracey/Emma - I hope you and bumps are all ok.

Well i am still suffering at the mo. Come down with yet another cold this week caught from my darling son! I wish he would stop trying to be so nice sharing it with me. . It's not really helping the depression and everything keeps going wrong at the mo so when i manage to pick myself up something else happens. In the last 6 weeks i have had 2 colds, 2 sickness bugs, my gran died, major family rows with my aunt and now my car breaking and will cost a fortune to fix probably. Arghhh! I have my good days though and Josh gives me loads of cuddles at the moment to cheer me up so i am trying my best to stay positive as much as i can. Can't say i will feel the same tomorrow but i will try. I take things one day at a time at the moment.

Thanks for your message. I think generally we are doing ok bubs and me. At least i hope so. Still fighting the depression but seem to be having a good day today. We're not going to find out the sex this time round. We knew with Josh as it made it seem more real but this time round i know what to expect and how bad the pain is lol so want the surprise at the end.

How are you guys and gorgeous little Kade? How's the reflux now hun?

kade&boys are brill,ciaran will be 3 on tuesday ,reflux is brill now no pain very little sick and much calmer kade!! just wish the little minx would sleep during the day,10minutes is were lucky is good for him

I am so glad to hear things have improved with Kade. Makes life so much easier. Josh never used to sleep much at Kade's age but i think at about the 8-9 month mark he started settling into a sleep routine and sleeping approx 1-1/2 - 2hours and he still sleeps 2 hours in an avo now so there is hope for Kade Yet. How were your other two with sleeping?

Happy Birthday to Ciaran on Tuesday. Josh is 3 in just under 2 months, so scary!!!!

kai&ciaran were very good sleepers once they were settled,neither stayed awake as much as kade does,i cant see how he gets thru the day by cat napping!!
ciaran will still have 2hrs if we let him in the afternoon!!

I used to think the same about Josh but he is fine now. Maybe he will just take longer to get him into a routine than the other two. Good Luck Hun. I will have to go on your group site and look at all the new pics sometime.
