My hcg levels went from 630 on monday up to 1300 less than 48 hours later - i think this means my pregnancy is in the right place and progressing well
Im just still sore from the laprascopy and i am scared all this surgery/drugs have affected the baby. But Dr says as no signs of miscarraige yet, thinsg are looking very hopfull!
Jenni the rise in levels is good news. The drips are normally just to keep you hydrated so will do no harm to the baby, in fact probably helped a lot As for the laparoscopy (bad spelling I know ) My friend had two during her pregnancy and baby was perfectly healthy, 2 weeks early bit healthy. xx Good news hon x

Jenni that is fantastic news, I had a Lap done when I was pregnant with DS and he was fine.
Mumto2 I have had diarreah on/off for the past week or so. I think its ok as long as there is no pain.
Is anyone else's trousers tight? I put my work trousers on and had to leave the top button undone , I know this is my 3rd but I didn't think I would put on wieght so fast.

Over the moon all the tests/scans were positive it is great news!!! Jo I was the same with the early test and my last af was only 2 days, so I wonder if they might change my EDD?? I'm jealous that you saw the babies heartbeat - fab!!!!
Teri, I had bad diarreah last week, but gone back to totally constipated this week!!!! Happy 5 weeks!!
Been asleep for the last 4 hours and woken up feeling decidely groggy but a lot better. Decided that we are going tell work and all other family and friends this weekend - i'd rather everybody knew why I was a flaky mess at the moment and then I wouldn't have to act like a brave little soldier!!!!
Right, off to collapse on the couch - again!!!

I am a newby here, im 5w2days due around 7th may i think. Have had a nightmare past week with it all!!! I tested 4 days before AF due and got faint positive, then a couple of days after AF due got red spotting and pains so sent me to EPU for blood tests. Hormone levels went up 82% in the 48 hours so confirmed pregnancy viable and growing in the uterus. Problem is ive had a gush of red blood today, and feel quite crampy. Im just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this at all... have a scan on monday, it seems ages away when feeling so worried about what could happen!!!!
Hi Kimmy, sorry your having such a hard time, if it was me I would contact the EPU tomorrow and let them know what has happened, they can't really leave you until Monday!!. Fingers crossed for you, take care.
Jo

Well I have been off work the last couple of days as I had another migraine!! The second one in a week!!! I had to phone the dr on Wed as I was in so much pain to see if there was anything they could give me. I made such a foul of myself I was crying down the phone and they just told me I had to just put up with it and rest. Finally after 2 days it has settled but looks like I will be suffering them more often now I am pregnant - great!
Midwife called yesterday I have my booking app on 8th Oct!
Hope everyone is feeling ok

Cherie so sorry to hear about Migraine.. I used to suffer so badly from them thay I used to get an injection everytime as the pink and yellow tablets gave up working as well Had a few headaches myself butg not migraines so totally sympathise with you hon. I find the cool and soothe head sheets really work for me, and a dark room. make sure you drink plenty fluids too... check me trying to sound like a DR.
Sickness eased off, still feel quezy in the mornings and last thing at night, and still not falling asleep quickly.
hope the rest of you girlies feeling good today xx
