Hi Lisa, You should come and join the girls on the Due May/June 08 thread. I am only 12 weeks on Thurs but have a little bump now and I am struggling to fit into my normal clothes. I think you show alot earlier when it is not your first child. Ange x

Hi Lisa People were guessing that i was pregnant at 9 weeks :-0 and yes i got enormous even though i was sick up to five months and my only craving was skimmed milk ( 1 pint a day) now i have a beautiful baby girl who only weighed 7lbs at birth. My mum was enormous early with me and i only weighed 2lbs full term, she didnt wear any maternity clothes until month seven when carrying my sister and my sister weighed 8lbs 2oz ! so dont worry the bump doesnt dictate the size of baby to come out!!!!!! Now im feeling cheated cos i didnt have a doughnut crave but still had big bump and now waiting for c-section to heal so i can start prampushing it away :-). Enjoy your pregnancy x

Hi Lisa I'm getting quite a bump too but my last pregnancy was twins and they say the 2nd time you usually get bigger earlier. I didint really even get a belly much until mid 2nd trmester last time and now I am needing maternity clothes at 14 weeks. Your muscles are more lax but it will even out and it most likely won't mean you are having a huge baby. me (Sam): 41 DH: 48 5 miscarriages
