I dont mean to sound like a right thick one, but i was wondering how you work out when you ovulate, do you count from the day you started your period or the day you finish?
Please help me. Thanks

You count ovulation from the first day of your period bleeding not spotting. If you have a 28 day cycle this is usually day 10 but some woman have it just after period or some just before period.
If you are trying to get pregnant and want to predict ovulation it might be an idea to get some ovulation prediction kits. There is a great website called www.earlypregnancy.com where you can get acon tests really cheaply from.

After ovulation the egg moves down into the womb and implants into the lining of the womb. This implantation can cause pain and cramping, if you are sure that you ovulated before day 17 of your cycle and it's not a ovulation pain then it may well be a implantation pain.
Is it like a cramping feeling or is just pure pain, and do you have that pain anywhere else.
