Hello my name is ceri. Im 21 weeks pregnant. I had booked a family holiday to spain, before i knew i was pregnant. I have been told today, i have a low lying placenta. I will be 26-27 weeks when i fly. Do you think it will be ok to fly? I havent had any bleeding or pains?

i just wanted to say that i've had low lying placenta in both my pregs but have gone on to have no problems at all during the preg or birth. how many weeks will you be on yr return flight? it will prob be fine but i'd check with yr health care provider just to make sure. i know its not ideal but if you were uneasy about it you could get yr doc 2 write a letter for you to the holiday co so you'd be able to get most of yr money back.
